I always cringe so hard with the line "cos you've got the love, you've got the love lady" I like the song but that line also gets a wince from me, on several levels. I'm pretty much of the opinion that once the Beastie Boys put out "Hey Ladies," that was the end of the line for men calling women "lady" in songs. (And definitely don't say "high horse" and "lady" in the same song ... ) Get funky! X

Been signing this on my new Martin and I extend the outro forever. There’s never enough times you can’t enjoy singing You Got the Love Ladyyyy

I must admit that I haven't listened to this song much. But that's probably because I've been listening to Oasis a lot lately either live concerts or I've been streaming my play lists which I put together on Amazon Music.

A month since its release... I will never tire of this song.
Noel’s expertise is mixing haunting, melancholy lyrical content with yet underpinnings of hopeful, optimistic melodies - and this song is excellent proof to such insightful song-craft.
Easily one of his absolute best. Sounds even better live.
I love this man.

Hi there it's your local friendly audiologist here, please schedule an appointment at a time convenient to you: I think yer ears might be fucked No. Yer ears are fucked, you can hear enough to know it's a great song, but not quite enough to realise that it's definitely NOT live, therefore yer ears are just "fucked", rather than "proper fucked"

Pretty sure I see Noel wearing a scarf in that video at one point.

Conclusion : Liam is a much better lip sync vocalist than Noel.

Conclusion : Liam is a much better lip sync vocalist than Noel. Maybe because Liam was actually live, and Noel wasn't?

I just changed my score to 9/10 as well.
Only Noel could ‘throw away’ such class, leaving it off of an album.

It's still a bit bland compared to the EPs. 6/10

I can’t believe someone gave this 3 out of 10. Like… 3? Even if it’s your thing… 3?

We’re On Our Way Now is the Little by Little of this decade... but significantly better.
And I actually really like LBL.
This comparison is especially noticeable when Noel performs WOOWN live as he greatly increases the tempo.
I can appreciate that...
but generally, the song deserves a slightly slower pace to get the most of the haunting lyrical content.

I can’t believe someone gave this 3 out of 10. Like… 3? Even if it’s your thing… 3? Ha! It was me. Maybe a 3 was a bit too low, but this is just my opinion. From all the catalogue of NGHFB this is one of his worst songs for me. It sounds cliche, easy, overproduced and emotional in a forced way. The funny thing is that I almost never rate a Gallagher song below 5, but I just can't stand this song. I can understand why people rate it high though, but it's just not for me.

‘On Our Way Now’ is played by Him for those directly ascending to Heaven.
Fucking love that tune. Praise Be with Noel.

It's a NGHFB classic! At first, I wasn't really into it, but the song has grown on me so much. The choruses did it for me. They're so good. + it's got some good guitar riffs that Gem Archer plays live! One of Noel's best in a long time, imo! Great song. Rating: 8-9, let's go for 9

Would like to share some live performances of We're On Our Way Now! This is probably my favourite performance of WOOWN, live at The Tonight Show Let's get this video to 100K! Though Noel did sing a bit better in the Absolute Radio performance: In particular the choruses
