Leading question: Is actually any HQ version of the leak existing? Yes/No? I'm curious. Issues like production, Noel's voice etc. are comming up in threads... Whereas I can't even tell if my version of the leak is even stereo or mono.

So I was just wondering. The instrumentation and mix levels won't change on a better quality rip, if that's what people mean by "production"

The 1 I have seems to be perfect and very much doubt they'll be any difference once I receive the album

The 1 I have seems to be perfect and very much doubt they'll be any difference once I receive the album If you're used to low bitrate mp3s, yes, it could be perfect. But it's far from being perfect from a technical point of view. Higher frequencies are cut off after 15 KHz and the overall sound can be a bit muddy here and there.

Just buy all my music from iTunes and play it on a Marshall speaker, I'm no sure how good quality that is but it seems pretty good to me.

Can you hear a big difference in the released singles/bside compared to the leaked ones of the same tracks?

I think it's fucking ridiculous to be asking for a higher quality leak. Buy the album and rip it yourself

It's about 80-85% there. Easily listenable. I'm definitely looking forward to hearing the real deal though as this is the best album both in terms of production and sonic texture... some really interesting guitar tones thrown in there, even if only briefly.

I'm looking forward to when the 1000+ kbps .FLAC Japanese deluxe edition leaks in a couple of weeks, I'm happy with what I've got in the meantime.

I think it's fucking ridiculous to be asking for a higher quality leak. Buy the album and rip it yourself I don't know...?! I'm not demanding a leak! I wrote it in the description that I wanted to avoid that my question suggest just that! I've not used any download link and I've only got the youtube version. So maybe someone else got it from a plattform and it has better quality. But I don't want to try out for myself!

All I'm saying is, surely you can wait a couple of weeks for the album, rip it on your computer and compare those production issues with leak.

Just buy all my music from iTunes and play it on a Marshall speaker, I'm no sure how good quality that is but it seems pretty good to me. It's fine enough. Marshall speakers are not the best on the market but they are good enough, way better than what we had 10 years ago. Personally, i still buy CDs and rip them in HQ audio (apple Lossless) and play them on B&W speakers MM1 and A5. And that's ORGASMIC. when I play mp3s under 320 on these the music really suffers. 320kpbs is good enough. About that CY rip, it didn't sound good on those speakers but on my AKG headphones (made more monitoring but good also to listen to music), it sounded better. I guess when we get the real quality album it will sound great, maybe with some unheard bits here and there.

Some people are never satisfied. First you moan why it hasn't leaked yet, then once you got what you were looking for, then asking if there's a better version. I just don't get it. I have nothing against people download leak, especially for the people outside UK, Europe and Japan as some of them don't know if it'll ever released in their countries.
We, European are spoiled. Be happy with what you got or wait for official release like I do.
I'm really looking forward to hold my copy of Japanese edition, unwrapped it, look at album cover, read liner notes, sit on my own then listen to it full volume for the very first time. That's one of the greatest moments to being a music lover.

If I buy the CD then I'll also rip them in ALAC and play them through my Sennheiser headphones with a decent headphone amp as well.
If I get the vinyl then I'll plug the headphones in to the hi-fi and just listen to the record. Afterwards, I'll try and find a torrent with the HQ audio files.
This leak does sound quite bass heavy and the vocals tend to get buried in the mix. The easiest way to tell if that's how it should sound is to compare ITHOTM and Mighty I to the versions we already have.

Nobody demanded a better quality leak! I was just asking if my version of the leak is any different. Eva you said: It's ridiculous. And then you threw a fuckin' in there to emphasize your irritatedness.
One person on here actually excused himself for this kind of behaviour.
Simple leading question: Yes or No ?

I guess when we get the real quality album it will sound great, maybe with some unheard bits here and there. The bitrate of my version is 95 kpbs 320 kpbs is just fine. So, what I got from this is, that the leak allready has a decent quality. I've probably done something wrong during the process.
