He’ll never keep everyone happy with the setlist I guess. What people need to realise is that most people who go to the gigs won’t necessarily be die hard liam fans they are much more likely to be die hard oasis fans so for most people the more oasis the better. I don’t think this forum is a true reflection on how people view the new album. I think generally people are 50/50. Some love it some think it’s his worst album. I love Roll It Over but wouldn’t be surprised if he takes that song out and maybe replaces More Power with Greedy Soul/Bold .

It's true but was is also true is if you never play new tunes then they won't become live favorites. I'm all for a bit of risk in setlist, especially since overall Liam's solo songs dont make people wet their pants anyway. So why not try some... for people who want to hear them. The other can look at their phone in the meantime. Wave could sound very good live, Oh Sweet Children could work too. He's got now enough solo material to try and shake things up, but again, i know that's not the goal of his gigs. There's Liam solo records, and his nostalgia tours. Two different things.

The video of Champagne Supernova with fireworks looked amazing.

Even if this is the only time we hear it live, I'm blown away by Roll It Over. What a gift to hear this live! Cheers LG. Fucking mega.

Crows seem quite subdued for the most part in the videos I've seen.

Clips from last night, recorded by me. No songs in full, and not all songs have been recorded, but hopefully should give you a taster for Knebworth.

Having been to Reading, I can assure you this crowd was on it. Massive pop through the first 4 songs. Shockwave and especially WMWN were flatter (seriously, remove WMWN). I said to the bloke behind me that I was really pleased for Liam that Everything Electric landed so well. Such a huge reaction. Roll it Over was a surprise. A nice surprise. More Power was great, but why, why would you play it after Slide Away? ? Glad Diamond in the Dark got an outing. Once was big, with the fireworks stolen from the festivals(!!) Perfect encore and full band CS!! Minor niggles: the crowd took too long to get into the Charlatans, and the Etihad KEPT RUNNING OUT OF BEER!!!!! Great night

Also shout out the the older lady in a wheelchair with the ‘give me gin and tonic’ T-shirt who was being held up so she could dance to Liam!

For these big-big gigs the setlist is fine but he should put in more from his solo albums for the UK and EU tours, especially for the smaller gigs. They do sound really good.

Was there last night, the atmosphere was immense and Liam was on top form! Anyone know if someone was able to tape this gig? If not I’ll slowly start to put together a YouTube compilation of full songs that I can find.

Great gig, Liam sounded 10/10. Supposed to be down at Knebworth Saturday but might give it a miss, sounds a ball ache getting in and out and I’m pretty satisfied with what I saw last night. Roll it over!

Special, special gig. Potentially the best ever I've been to. Atmosphere was electric and the setlist was brilliant. Liam sounded unreal. Roll It Over - Wow. Liam looked like he was getting emotional at the end, real moment.

Love that he finally played roll it over, best song off Giants. Dropped the key so he's able to sing it. Sounds great.

What do you think of Rock n Roll Star after Hello? I would think it works better as a opener, closer or encore closer instead of #2. He sounds great from what I've seen. Only dud for me is Shockwave, awful song.
