I have already said it but here I go again: the HC singles are shit except for Songbird.

I don’t care one bit for Don’t Go Away. I don't like the arrangement of it, but I think the core melody is fantastic and so are Liam's vocals. Give it a more delicate sound and let those two elements shine and it'd be a real Oasis gem IMO.

Listen Up isn't that good tbh.
It's repetitive and kinda drags on.

The Finsbury Park 2002 bootleg isn't nearly as great as everyone makes it out to be. The setlist is top notch and the actual mix of it is decent, but Liam's vocals aren't particularly flash (a little too husky/too much snarl). The gig not long before (or after?) in Belfast is a far better bootleg to listen to and one of the best of the HC era.

I’ve never got the fascination with the Finsbury Park setlist. I was there and didn’t think it was that special at all.
It was the Heathen Chemistry tour after all, so Better Man, Force of Nature, Hung in a Bad Place etc got an outing which weren’t exactly crowd pleasers plus Hello and She’s Electric which as 90’s songs are almost as weak as you can get IMO. Also never loved My Generation as a closer.
Nice to hear D’you Know What I Mean?, Columbia and Some Might Say but classic setlist? Not for me

But She's Electric and Hello weak ?!!

But She's Electric and Hello weak ?!! Compared with how almost immaculate Oasis’ 90’s output was yes. I could literally name 30 better 90’s songs than both of them, so to have them both in the set was lacklustre especially as She’s Electric was Noel sung

Keep the Dream Alive isn't too bad of a song, but the structure killed it. Shorten up the interlude between the first chorus and verse three and let the guitar solo go into the outro (without those awful "La la las"), and you have a pretty good song that has some solid lyrics and is one of Andy's two best contributions to the band (Turn Up the Sun being the other).
Also, Put Yer Money Where Yer Mouth Is had the potential to be a very good rocker.
Hung in a Bad Place is also a good rocker and a fun time that shows the band had regained their mojo. It also leads into Stop Crying Your Heart Out nicely.

I like (Probably) all in the mind. It’s alright. Me too. It's a nice little tune when played solo on an acoustic guitar.

I like (Probably) all in the mind. It’s alright. I wouldn't go so far as to say I like it, but I do think there's a half-decent melody in there somewhere. It's just the fact that it was written by the songsmith behind Don't Look Back in Anger that makes it seems so utterly half-arsed.

Not unpopular, but perhaps just something that isn't said often.
Turn Up The Sun's intro sounds like it's a about to break into a full fledged rock version of Jingle Bells. It sounds like a Christmas song so much (the intro) and yet no one brings it up.

I actually don’t mind Little James. Sure, there’s some silly rhyming going on but the song is fittingly kind of like a nursery rhyme.
Love the melody. It’s no classic, and there were better tracks available, but Liam has done much worse than this.

The older I get, the more I think Be Here Now stinks. The songs are boring to me and the production makes it nearly unlistenable
