The announcement is imminent yet I'm more impatient than I've ever been. I've a horrible feeling that it won't get announced til later in the week or next week. Canny be arsed waiting any longer.

Ha, I know what you mean mate. wonder if the offical oasis site will release something Ltd, that's what I'm hoping for. Looking forward to seeing what rare pictures will be included in the book and vinyl art as well if they go down the same route with the box set.

The album are 2, and probably a 7'' and 12'' just like the MG.

So is this supposed to come out before Supersonic?
As for what I expect from this release, not my wish though:
CD 1: Remastered album as we know from the first 2 albums CD 2: B-Sides CD 3: For sure G-Mex and Budokan songs plus the 4 Songs from the Right Here, Right Now Documentary. Maybe, just maybe one or two demos sung by Noel of course.
7" Vinyl of 2 songs from the RH, RN Docu 12" Vinyl of the DYKWIM Promo including Heroes Maybe a Cassette of the Album, maybe of the Mustique Demos, maybe no Cassette at all which is my bet. Postcards and some other Promo stuff nobody really cares for.
And honestly this is a shame. I am sure especially from that time theres the most stuff which is worth putting out compared to the first two albums.
There is for once of course the Mustique Demos. Although I am not so much interested in listening to that Album sung by Noel it would be interesting.
Then there would be the fact that they recorded songs in more than one studio because they were not happy with the first results. So there are also Liam sung songs why not put those versions on the reissue? I would love to hear some studio fuck ups or different raw versions of those songs. IGBM at the Air Studios from the RH, RN Docu is just fantastic in my opinion.
Also I´m sure there are a lot of video recordings from those sessions. A lot more than the WTSMG ones I guess. For 100 Pounds I wouldn´t say it´s a lot to ask to have a DVD put in. No need to show the band sticking coke up their nose but at least some studio footage. Or the BHN songs as they supported U2 were filmed for sure too so put them in. Small old interview clips between and I would be happy. It can´t be that hard.
Just my 2 cents

I reckon we'll probably get MBM and/or IGBM from Knebworth.

And looking at the other reissues it will probably be 4 or 5 demos on CD 3. The question is if it will be the Mustique ones or just some studio versions with Noel on vocals which are around on youtube already I think. Don´t get me wrong I would hope for a lot with this release but knowing Oasis and their Management there won´t be a big difference to the other two releases I´m afraid. Actually I´m more interested in the Film and the Knebworth DVD if this ever comes out.

If the 7/10/16 date is correct you would think we'll get something offical regarding tracklists in the next week or two maybe as this fits in with 3 month gap like the first two.

any news if there's going to be sachets of be here now sugar in the reissues?
I am assuming the original review copies were sent out with them as a reviewer said the reprise was better than dont go away, surely its like watching a 3d movie without the glasses?

And I hate those loud electric guitars on it. I like loud electric guitars, but not on a song like that.

I like loud electric guitars, but not on a song like that. To me this is the biggest difference between Morning Glory and Be Here Now. On Morning Glory they were willing to produce each song to what suited it best, then went back and made the album blend nicely. On Be Here Now they turned everything to 11 and left the tape running 24/7, then went back and split it into tracks without changing a thing all while snorting a line or two for good measure.
