What I meant about the bass work was more the bass lines rather than the volume some of the basslines are a bit too basic for my taste, they could use a little bit more 'colouring' if you know what I mean. But that's just my opinion about that, other than that it sounds good keep it going!

Reminds me a bit of The view, good thing though but maybe you should check in on some of the bass work, it could use a bit more I think. And get an extra guitarist

It's alright, though I think it's a bit too long, cut out about 2 minutes and it's good. And I couldn't understand practically none of the words...but keep up the work!!

Agree with the above, both singers should work on their singing, apart from that, it's really good

I wrote this song some time ago and I posted a short clip of this song before, but now I recorded it properly and it's more or less finished now. It's called Don't Believe Everything I Say (made that up just before a gig where I had to play the song and I wrote the 2nd verse just 2 days before that same gig) www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=8E95E38444E3284EHope you like it! - SuperSeb

I quite like the song, but crank up the guitar volume and maybe try to add a second voice and work it out a bit more, because I haven't heard a complete song of yours yet, they're always "rough" versions...and I'm quite curious about how they sound if you'd work them out completely anyway, I like it!

I was messing around with this song to see if it would be fit to play at a performance and I ended up like this, just 2 acoustic guitars (rythm and lead) and 1 vocal. Let me know what you think of it download.yousendit.com/99628E6D7735CCCC I changed the link, so I hope it works now... - Superseb

If you're just buying one to try it out I suggest you get one in the key of either A or C and go for a wooden one because they sound better/warmer in my opinion

Thanks man I'll post another song next week (wrote it on wednesday, recorded it yesterday, but I don't want to post new songs too fast...) and you can send those old recordings to sebas14485@hotmail.com And the other song, TEST 1, it's called Don't Believe Everything I Say and I'll have it recorded very soon, I only have a couple of live recordings, well, a friend of mine has those. But I will record it properly soon! - Superseb

I'm nowhere to denying that it's not Dylan influenced, just that it's not intentional It's just that I never listen to Dylan's songs so I must've picked it up somewhere (And I don't know if you've heard any other songs I've written, this is a complete different tune compared to all the others, never written anything like this before). As for the harmonica I practically nicked it from a Dutch band called Skik, just altered it a bit in places and voila, you got a different tune for the harmonica As for recording, I record everything through a microphone on the pc yes. As for the lyrics, I'm never spending too much time on them, and for this song I just had some average corny scene from a really average romantic movie in my mind, so that explains the happy side in the chorus. Thanks for the comments really appreciate that.

After not being around here as much as I used to be, I decided to post another song again. It's a duet and when I wrote it I wanted it to be a duet and I've actually got someone else singing in it as well. From what I've heard so far is that it reminds people of Like A Rolling Stone, so that influence must've slipped inside my head at some time, as I never listen to Bob Dylan's songs, so maybe it was on some commercial or something and I picked it up, I don't know. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it!! Story Of A Lifetimedownload.yousendit.com/CCB173C113797BAF- Superseb

I play it slightly different...capo on 2nd and then
Em (play it like as if you're playing a power chord..) and then lift your fingers up to get that thing going and for the little fill I play xxx23x and slide back to xxx12x Then it's Asus2, Em, B powerd chord, Asus2, back to Em+fill
