I don't understand it. Its been over a month and no word at all if it ever will be. I understand its not having much success but they definitely would be having more in the US if it was on iTunes

Saw Tom Petty in Noblesville this summer and it was the best show I'd ever been to. Very tight live band...

Supersonic from Chicago in 1997 has that same intro, only more fully developed.

I do not like the Importance of Being Idle. I don't see what people see in it, especially without the whistle solo present in the demo...

Why is it thought by the general public that they never changed it up/experimented. IMO each album sounds drastically different, and in fact pretty sure if you played DM and DOYS to the non-Oasis fan, they may not be able to even tell its the same band....

For the regular listener, does the higher quality version actually make a difference? I already downloaded it, and ordered it and everything. If I'm not listening with high quality equipment does it matter?

I hated it upon first listen. The lyrics and vocals made me cringe, most the smile part. But after more listens its better than I thought. I do like the "show what you love now" part. The acoustic version is great too...

I would always give anything with Liam's voice a listen. He has shown he can write a good song with enough time. Gem could always join Noel's project of the time, as they are still friends. Not a big fan of Tim Smith's guitar work....

So I just got an acoustic guitar(Epiphone)in order to learn how to play and was wondering what the easiest Oasis/HFB song is to learn. Any advice would be appreciated! :)Not sure if this is in the right section

I never realized how similar they sound until coincidentally placing them next to each other on a playlist...

Just a thought... Is it possible that Come On Outside was not included on DOYS because it was too similar to The Turning? It has the same part of the chorus with; "Come Onnn" with the same choir singing over it. Furthermore, I still find it ridiculous that they didn't put it on the album because Liam was getting married. Surly they could have waited, or even had Noel just sing the version on the record, especially if it was supposedly going to be the lead single before SOTL...
