I never understood the big deal about the Mustique demos. I listened to them once, when the BHN remaster released, and was like '...meh'. I know the feeling...I can't even remember the last time I even listened to them SOTSOG and HC demos are way better

With the state of the world right now, there has never been a better time for Liam to release that loud punk record he keeps talking about. I kind of agree...but having said that I cant see why his team can't revisit that Morning Glory/Def Maybe Sound/Be Here Now Sound. More Sonic/90s sounding.. Prob because what he's doing now is more marketable and appeals to a wider audience. If he went all out on a proper punk style record and experimenting with different genres, I dont think it would do that well. At most it would be a pop/punk record.

Mustique demos are a huge release from Oasis camp. same tracklist as the bootleg/cd that was kept from the fans all those years? DYKWIM, IHITIK and BHN* are MINT My Sister Lover instead of Magic Pie - works perfectly fine *it's a shame about the Trip Inside fiasco I never understood the big deal about the Mustique demos. I listened to them once, when the BHN remaster released, and was like '...meh'.

New song by Public Enemy. Amazing production, as usual, from the legend DJ Premier. IMO the best hip-hop musicians right now, are all over 40 years old. Some over 50. I love, what I'm pretty sure is, that James Brown sample in there. Great lyrics, imagery is fantastic to go with it. Public Enemy has got the pulse of the U.S. right now. Love it! It's a proper banger. Flavor Flav has got to be the oldest rapper I've heard say 'motherfucker'on a record at 61 years old lol. DJ Premier is the greatest hip hop producer of all time IMO

Does anyone think there will be anymore re-release/remaster box sets for the later albums?

Thanks, I'll look into NAC. I've tried taurine which made me feel good for a while, but the effects wore off. I'm still trying to fix the damage from a crystal meth addiction a few years ago, which has left me with persisting anxiety and panic attacks. Did you have any side effects from NAC? NAC was actually used in a study to search for neuroprotective effects against methamphetamine damage and the results were really positive. I've used it because I've been stupid with MDMA use which is technically a methamphetamine too so I thought the neuroprotective effects should be similar. I haven't personally noticed any negative effects but some people report a small brain fog. But I'm naturally quite anxious and overthinking so for me the "brain fog" might even be a positive thing because it means it quiets my mind a bit. I wouldn't say I've noticed any brain foggy effects though, just calmer feeling. I've read some people have had shortness of breath and trouble breathing taking it, so I think I'll give it a miss just in case. I wish they would just make weed legal here, it's the only thing that makes me calm.

I take 6000iu a day, but you have to combine it with magnesium, omega 3 and zinc for it to work properly Magnesium is amazing. Most people have at least slight magnesium deficiency so it's good to supplement it. Another thing I've noticed to have a clear positive effect is taurine in combination with NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine, which is an antioxidant that helps to balance glutamate levels). Although I've mainly used NAC to counter the negative effects from drug use (it improves liver health and protects from neurotoxicity), I've still noticed this lift from anxiety and depression which is very welcoming. Thanks, I'll look into NAC. I've tried taurine which made me feel good for a while, but the effects wore off. And I am glad that we open this topic, I am 100% sure that it is more useful in battle against COVID than all the scary informations that we are reading. We should talk now more than ever about diet and excersise and not hide under our beds and waiting for all to stop. What if it never stops? Yes, exactly. Why does the government and media never tell us to improve or immunity through vitamins, diet, exercise etc? The solution to them is just drugs and vaccines.

I guess that's not long enough yet for any real health concerns then, and your exercise and other lifestyle choices will keep you healthier. Although, I would drop the alcohol. A pack a day and a bottle of wine a day is pretty excessive and will make you age badly. Ok, I'm exaggerating, that was maybe my routine last summer. I started seeing psychotherapist in November I think and I didn't drink anything for months, not even a glass of wine, nothing, because I was taking some pills (fuck them, never again). Although that was really small dose and even therapist said that I could have drink or two and it is ok, I stayed disciplined. That's why I hate all this corona bullshit because that's what they did to me before pandemic with their news about every person in the world dying or getting sick. Footballer died in South Africa, he was super healthy before, basketball player died in Nigeria... But that's another story I am probably going too far with my vengeance. What type of intermittent fasting do you use? I just recently read about autophagy and realise that I am actually living like that without even forcing myself to do that. I eat dinner at 7pm and don't eat anything after that, I just don't need it and in the morning I do some work, go for a run or something and eat breakfast around noon or 1pm :-) So, I was using that 16:8 type of intermittent fasting without even knowing. I also suffer from psychological issues, so I understand how addiction and anxiety can take over your life. My advice would be to not rely on drugs prescribed by doctors for any mental health issues. They wont fix anything, and will most likely make them worse. Look into magnesium and other natural remedies, as research shows they work better than antidepressants and the cause of your problems may be from an imbalance. Also, dont worry about corona. Most people here will disagree with me, but the media are trying to scare you. This 'virus' will not kill you and dont believe anything the mainstream media tells you. Do your own research from alternative sources. I fast for at least 16 hours a day, sometimes 20. Another bullshit lie people try to push on you, is that you need to eat multiple meals all day. Fair enough if you're an athlete or bodybuilder or something, but for most of us it isnt necessary. If you eat sugar and carbs all day then you're gonna be hungry all day.

I take 6000iu a day, but you have to combine it with magnesium, omega 3 and zinc for it to work properly I used to take more but I'd get some side effects if I took more than 3000iu a day, where I'd feel groggy and sluggish all day. Dunno why. General consensus is it is due to a healing response as your body needs more sleep to rebuild or recover from whatever “repairs” are happening. You need to pair it with other vits and minerals to get the full benefits though. 1000-3000iu isnt that much really, and you can always cycle it, a few weeks on and off

Maybe for 10 years, but before I had days and even months without lighting a cigarette. I became real smoker maybe two years ago. Although, I am smoking light cigarettes and running 10km every day or cycling 20,30,40,50...km and plus doing million other things. I was like, doctor, there must something wrong with me, I don't stop all day, I smoke more than a pack and drink bottle of wine almost every night. But there is nothing wrong, everything is absolutely perfect, it was just anxiety. And now I am scared to change anything when this kind of life is working perfectly :-) I guess that's not long enough yet for any real health concerns then, and your exercise and other lifestyle choices will keep you healthier. Although, I would drop the alcohol. A pack a day and a bottle of wine a day is pretty excessive and will make you age badly.

Definitely. I take 1000iu a day of a Vitamin D3 supplement after breakfast. (Have for a few years now) Really picks you up, makes you sleep better, good for your skin etc. A lot of benefits. I take 6000iu a day, but you have to combine it with magnesium, omega 3 and zinc for it to work properly

Moisturise, exercise, intermittant fasting and regular sex. I dont drink alcohol either, but I do smoke cigs (and other stuff). I went to full body checkup, they didn't believe me I am smoker and didn't even say that I should stop :-) I went to dentist today, maybe even hoping that there will be something wrong with my teeth or gums - nothing again :-) Now I am looking at your photo, man, it's really hard to find motivation to quit smoking :-) How long have you been smoking? I cant even remember the last time I went to the doctors. I only get regular check ups at the sexual health clinic. The one thing I would advise is to start taking vitamin D3. Most illnesses are related to low levels.

I wish Dylan would work with a proper producer. You don't like the sound of Rough and Rowdy Ways? I love it! It's muddy, but that feels right, like a warm and intimate blur behind all the crystal-clear cragginess of Bob's voice. I'm blown away with the album, in all honesty. Loving it a lot more than I expected to, and although I'll wait a bit before saying it's one of my favourites from him (it is!), I will at least state that I think it's his best lyrical work since the 60's. My only criticism is that neither the title or the cover really fit. But the music itself is more gorgeous and accessible than I would've dreamed. He should have used the False Prophet single cover for the album, the one they used looks cheap and terrible. I've only had a listen through one time, but I definitely like it. The focus of the album is on his voice and lyrics, rather than the instruments, but it works well. I love the sound of his voice so much. This album will most likely make my top 5 list of Dylan albums, but Time Out Of Mind will always be number 1.

Fair enough if he's pissed off for not getting paid what he's owed, but dont announce it on Twitter. Why not. Iirc Megan Thee Stallion told on IG live that her label/management took advantage of her and her contract is oppressive like few months ago. Everyone announce everything via twt/IG. In Liam’s case it’s kinda pointless I think bc it’s too late to take legal action or to do anything actually but at least it will be another cautionary tale for young aspiring musicians, tale as old as time Meh, whatever really, just more Twitter drama
