Does anyone know if this 100% confirmed? I was originally planning on going to Manila but I couldn't make Augusta but January would work Where are you based tezza198? I'm based in Bangkok, was actually considering the Shenzen gig in China, but they charge way too much money for the tickets for my taste (about 180 GBP for standing).

Wonder what the unforseen travel issues are? For me it's actually good news as it opens up the chance that he might come to Bangkok around that time or I might plan well ahead and go to Jakarta for the re-scheduled gig. Lucky me I didn't plan the trip this time as I couldn't go due to work commitments.

Think its great how all these headliners look up to Liam so much. Missed opportunity but i can see why Liam didnt do it. If he can get some rehearsal time (as he mentioned in this interview) he can do it for CalJam. Would be great to have some big sound behind him on whatever song they'd sing together. More likely to happen at the Foo Fighters solo show in South Korea next month than as Liam is supporting them. That would indeed be an awesome collaboration!

It's exciting that in 3 months we will have another Noel album and single a new single within 2 months. So low key this time around. I dig. Somehow I'm still afraid it could be pushed back after the U2-South-America support gigs were announced? It's the same as discussed before, as a support act on tour he wouldn't take up the position of somebody releasing and promoting a record (out of respect for U2)? Plus maybe not having the time for any late promotional shots etc. Did he talk about a November release after these U2-October gigs were announced? Still hoping we will have it in November.

Today in Berlin Little by Little was missing in the setlist. Could've been due to heavy rain and some rearrangements of the stage for U2

Looks to me like its just all the songs they have rehearsed. I dont think theyll even play anything new until the october tour. That Beijing setlist looks awesome, I think I really gotta book the Shenzen trip. As these shows are the first Liam solo headline shows, they surely have to add songs to the setlist, otherwise their set is too short for a solo concert.

Great stuff. Does anyone else think liam might support foo fighters on their US tour that follows this. Scheduled Oct-Dec. He doesn't have any other dates announced for this period yet. Bearing in mind they are doing that joint headline gig in August. Was it Korea? Now he has been brought in to this which is basically a new album launch for foo fighters. On minus side though it would be very strange for Liam to launch his new album with a tour as a support act. More likely he'll do a UK tour on his own. Can't see it happening. Seemed to be a coincidence with the Seoul-show. Foo Fighters are playing in Bangkok (yay!) a few days after and unfortunately Liam won't be supporting them there. Guess if they had a support-deal going on, Liam would have also appeared during Foo Fighter's solo gig in Bangkok.

The One love performance had a very weak sound, including some mistakes and wrong chords by the guitar player which really shouldn't happen on this level. BBC outside broadcasts are almost always shit nowadays. I'm not sure how much of the band's equipment was being used either considering they flew straight in via private jet. That's what I believe too. They didn't have any soundcheck and probably where using most equipment available on stage anyway. I just don't forgive that wrong chord

Similar thoughts to what others have said. The record sounds incredible, live it sounds weak. Could of done with Liam singing to playback at the One Love performance. Might of got more people buying it online I reckon. I am actually wondering if he will do the exact same festival playlist during his Asia concerts. The concerts in Shenzen, Beijing, Manila and Jakarta are no festivals. They are market as Liam Gallagher headline concerts and in the case of China with an exorbitant price tag of almost 200 Euro for standing tickets. I would be really disappointed if he only played the short festival playlist there. As I am considering to go to Shenzen for the concert, I hope for a full-blown 18-20 songs setlist there. But it remains a bit of a gamble. However, it could be that the band sees it as a good chance to try out some songs. i can't believe they are that high. I don't know what the US rate that is but it's gotta be like $250. I had front row GnR tickets this past summer for almost the same I also don't know why they are so high in China. For Jakarta they charge around 60 Euro for standing.

I really am hoping that Liam will do a headlining tour after the album or later in the year after the festival run he is doing. I hope we get the Wall of sound and the big production he talked about! It would be a shame if that never happened. Also if he does that he better do a set longer then 45 mins because I think that may upset some people. Hoping to hear some more of the oasis songs he said he would do. I am actually wondering if he will do the exact same festival playlist during his Asia concerts. I see Noel must have been feeling the pressure and tweeted he is giving the profits from DLBIA to the charity. This is my last thought on this but if Liam did try and call Noel and he couldn't even pick up the phone that's piss poor. Either way I hope everyone can just move on Well Noel seems not to move on yet. His official Facebook page shared this article: inews.co.uk/opinion/noel-gallagher-doesnt-play-concert-show-cares-manchester-attack/ That gets really comical (not talking about the article, haven't even read it yet, but about Noel sharing now this..)

Strangely, after what happened with Amorphous Androgynous, I have some 10% fear left that he is scrapping the whole thing again. No chance. These U2 gigs are strategically planned to run right into his own album release and eventual winter tour. Well, he also had a parallel album recording going on whilst he was recording with AA, so it's not that he wouldn't have been doing that before.

Said it many times but it's frustrating the times the band went to push forward only to pull back at the last moment, and missing anything chance of an 'Achtung Baby' styles rebirth. As to Oasis/Holmes Alan McGee praised the latter for 'Bow Down to the Exit Sign' in 2000 when berating the Mercury Music Awards for not nominating Holmes- Music to wet your bed to ( Guardian 28th July 2000 ) so I would imagine he also knew McGee from that and the earlier dance era and by extension possibly some of the Creation Records roster. They needed to be pushed. Noel needed to be stripped down and open to new ideas. He was obviously broken after BHN and SOTSOG tours. He should have been forced. I've said it many many times, Oasis deserved to work with a truly great producer. Look at Noel now. He finally took David Holmes advice and broke one of his golden rules of not entering a studio without material. Now he says the results are wonderful. I really hope it is. I'm totally fucking over the moon excited for this record. I hope he announces it before the U2 tour. Let's get It poppin' people. Strangely, after what happened with Amorphous Androgynous, I have some 10% fear left that he is scrapping the whole thing again.

Exactly. I'm not saying that Liam didn't do it out of being proud of Manchester. But you know he also saw it as an opportunity to get his new single and the fact that he's out there solo now out to more of the public. Not knocking him for doing it either. Every artist does it. But he shouldn't act so high and mighty. I personally don't understand why anyone should be mad at Noel for choosing to spend time with his family over flying in to play a couple tunes. After all, if there's one thing we should be taking from these tragedies is that you never know how long you have on this planet. If you can find some time to enjoy being around your family and friends, shouldn't you take that opportunity every time you can? And knowing that Noel's gearing up to release another album and will soon be going around the world touring and promoting it, can you blame him for wanting to take that time now?Sorry but.... come on like!!! So many families go on holiday and Mum / Dad only joins them later, has to interrupt the vacation to go back / elsewhere, has to make business calls etc etc?!?! The majority of them do that because it's their job and they have to! People in a position like Noel's choose to do it, i.e. release a new album and tour it (hence be away from family)! I've been following this thread and obviously seen the various reactions on social media and there have been many good / valid points made re whether or not both Liam and Noel should've performed that night, and I respect them all but to me personally, the fact that Noel did fuck all, is nothing but shameful! How long does it take to record a video message to maybe introduce DLBIA and say some nice words? Doing that would hardly have taken any time away from being with his family, yet it would've meant something to the people in Manchester, the people at the gig, in England, the people who watched it on TV across the world. Obviously, nothing will ever undo what's happened, make it less painful or prevent terror attacks in future but there's this thing called 'showing compassion' and, in this instance, Noel has absolutely failed to do so. Yes, I think so too, he has failed here. What Liam posted on Twitter was absolute unnecessary, but I'm trying to think about it if I were in Noel's position. If in my hometown - which he obviously is proud coming from - happened such a devastating terrorist attack and I am for whatever reason famous and can contribute to make MY city more cheerful again and help financially, than I would take every chance to do so. I would even say that's a human thing, in my hometown happeneded devastating floods years ago, but everyone joined hands to help clear up the mess. And there were people cancelling their holidays to help. Still I very much respect Noel's concious decision not to join, it's his good right, I just think it's a very very poor decision and kinda shows him in an anti-social light not to have the empathy as an absolute Manchester star to show up.

The official Facebook site directed to Pitchfork where the Youtube video is linked. I guess it might have to do something with an exclusive for Pitchfork for a certain while. Meanwhile the single will be released in most countries on June 2, so I expect the video to be public by this date the latest. But isn't the single already out everywhere now? Also LOL @pitchfork doing an exclusive with them given that they gave Oasis a 1.2 out of 10 once, seemed to hate Beady Eye and NGHFB's releases, and now that they've been bought out by mass media conglomerate Conde Nast, disowned most guitar music and only seem to like mainstream pop and hip-hop stars these days. You are right, Amazon Germany said until a few hours ago it'll be out on June 2. However, as also ninestonecowbody mentioned, it's most probably due to the Pitchfork exclusive. Whatever the relationships betweens Liam's PR and Pitchfork might be..

But why? There's no real reason for them not to be searchable. And there's big difference between random archival footage and the new lead single from Liam's debut. I've no idea how it works because I've never uploaded anything to YouTube but I guess they have it uploaded well in advance and set it to unlisted so people can't find it until it's out and they've fucked the settings somehow, no idea mate. To be honest, if this was an Oasis single I'd be pretty disappointed. It's half decent, nothing more. - Then again, this is not Oasis. But it certainly pisses on all the attempts Beady Eye made. This sounds fresh and it sounds good. Definitely tops everything by Beady Eye (would only exclude Flick of the Finger), but even as an Oasis single, it would have worked - it's 2017 and the band evolved in their sound over the years, I could totally see them being at that sound in 2017 hadn't they split up.

Pretty decent quality. Only audio I´m just quoting myself!...WHAT A FUCKING TUNE! Quality tune, though I miss one more "Wall of Glass" line in the chorus, don't know why they are repeating it only two times, it feels there is one missing in between.

360 streams suck if you don't have a VR device I've done a little research. These festivals had live streams last year: Rock am ring Pinkpop Exit Lollapalooza Chicago (maybe Paris will have too) Summer Sonic (broadcasted a few songs from a lot of bands later) It says they'll have 4x 360 degree cameras and 20 HD cameras, I got hopes we might be able to switch cameras ourselves.
