For album and single, that is.
For album, I'd say SOTSOG. It was an odd choice but it captures the music and mood of the album perfectly. I also think the Stop the Clocks album cover is pretty neat but never gets a mention.
For singles, there are so many great ones from the Microdot days but I'll go for Shakermaker.

I love the Supersonic single art, captures the band perfectly. For the albums, I really like Morning Glory, it complements the feel of the album really well, even though it's so simple.

SOTSOG hands downs is the best album art (DOYS is second easy) and I've always enjoyed the cover for whatever.

Love the chaotic artwork for DOYS, the pictures in the book from the special edition are also great!

Go Let It Out's cover is good, with another one of those little touches - the kids playing football on the roof!
Album?
Maybe Stop The Clocks - done by a great famous artist but I always thought this cover would have suited 90's Oasis.

Cover that suits the music on the record the best is imo SOTSOG, the best looking cover is imo BHN
The best single cover is imo Roll With It

I love all the Brian Cannon-era cover art. He has a great sense of style and it fit the image of the band perfectly.
Oasis cover art got horrifically lazy in the post-2000 era. Heathen Chemistry's blurred picture of the band in an airport is dreadful. DBTT is uninspired.

I do like the album cover of Don't Believe The Truth.
To me it says "Everything what you see doesn't need to be true. The truth is behind a lense", but again it's just me.
I love the album art of Dig Out Your Soul (but not quite what's inside is) and of course "Definitely Maybe" is truly fantastic.

^ I've seen that cover before but it never occurred to me until now: it's Noel and Liam in silhouette from the Wonderwall video shoot isn't it?

One that never gets a mention is the one they used to the Champagne Supernova release. So simple yet there's just something brilliant about it, it's got a feeling of the eve of something massive and of some sort of statement.
