I always liked the roll with it artwork. Great band photo with them all wearing duffle coats on the beach and their different reactions to what they were watching on the TVs. It does look strange, the TVs on the beach and the wires disappearing into the sand. Each band member was pretending to watch something different, the images were revealed on the inside cover. I think Noel was watching himself on the cigarettes and alcohol video. I'm sure liam was watching Higgins the snooker player when he won the world championship. Noel kept the duffle coat and wore it for the Glastonbury 95 gig as he was ill with flu at the time. Owen Morris is about 100m behind the band playing with an inflatable crocodile with his wife.
Also I love the colours in it, which must be due to the way the film was developed

In the case of Oasis, I'm not sure sleeve art can be either over or under rated. The "best" art is always that of the most popular or well known tunes. Generally folks think DM and MG have remarkable art because the albums were huge successes... while SOTSOG and HC have crap art because they were lack luster and commercially weak. Personally, I love the artwork on the singles from DBTT.

I do like the TIOBI artwork with the guitar, probably my favourite of the 2000-2009 era

Albums : Definitely Maybe is the best. Be Here Now is behind. SOTSOG might be the worst with DBTT.
Singles : Cigarettes & Alcohol, Roll With It and ex-æquo Wonderwall & D'You Know What I Mean ?
After 1998, only Who Feels Love is OK.

I really like every artwork from the 90's. Hard to find one that stands out, but I've always been a fan of Some Might Say and Wonderwall ones.
