Very disappointing track. Sounds like it could have been a DBTT B-Side. Not a good omen for the album at all.

This song is epic, there's a calmess i feel in it as if it's preparing for the storm of(dig out your) soul and shock of lightning.
It's so good so you could imagine some astronaut putting it on in space and blaring it through every satellite and communications device the night on the eve of the new album.
The Attitude is back OAsis are back!!!!! (does anyone get a klaxons vibe though?)

They should have had a backwards guitar solo at the instrumental. Not original, but it would have suited.

Very disappointing track. Sounds like it could have been a DBTT B-Side. Not a good omen for the album at all. We get it. You don't like the track. Why not just go shut yourself in a dark room, put WTSMG on repeat, pretend it's 1995 again and forget there is a new Oasis album out in a couple of months?

Don't bother asking for links, guys. It's a major disappointment. The remix blows it out of the water.

I'm glad they've gone for a different sound than the last couple of albums. I think the fact that it's an internet only single shows that it's not meant as a traditional single in the sense of being radio friendly etc. I see it more as an album track, and a proper good one at that. This will sound better on the album than it does standing alone. Hopefully on the album it comes as a welcomed break inbetween two rockier, traditional oasis songs that all the 'Falling Down' haters are waiting for.

Hmmm, well i can't speak for everyone that's been critical so far, but I don't find faults in the song because it's lacking a raw/guitar edge and i want to hear a typical Oasis song. I just don't think it's great. I agree that it will probably sound better surrounded by the rest of the album, but I wouldn't put it anywhere near Gas Panic on the Oasis scale of greatness.
Just because some people find faults in it or don't think it's great doesn't mean they're stupid...other than Robohump of course, but he'd go away if people would just ignore him.

If we are assuming it's an album track, then it's up against the likes of Force of Nature and PAITM, which aren't even half as good as this.

Not a modern sound, a modern oasis sound!!!! Big difference, more musically adept for instance.

Best description yet! ;D love the song, love the familiar oasis-vibe combined with something totally unexpected and new. don't know how I will find it in a couple of days/weeks, but for know this really took me by surprise. Is oasis going to prove me wrong for not believing enough they could pull it off? Based on this song, that seems plausible now... and I love it! God, how I love this band.....
