Still in awe about yesterday, felt amazing with the sound blasting at eleven in my theater, and i really liked all the build up in the 15 first minutes, i'm gonna buy the cd/dvd as soon as it's available, what a time to be alive!
to think i wasn't even alive back then is crazy

That sounds good Except cast no shadow, seems like whitey is the only one able to do the drums on this song (same for wonderwall)

I don't often post in this section but i gotta say i liked this LP, the groove on Evil Flower is really good, and A dream is all i need... is also really strong, even the moments i don't like in his EP's at least sound like there was some research behind it and not bland like Liam last effort..
7/10 ep

he should work with a proper songwriter like ashcroft and not corporate writers who will try to make music that sells rather than music from their guts.
I don't hate this album but liam deserves better than an army of songwriters, what worked with Noel was that they both had the same history so Liam meant every word Noel wrote, not sure Liams feel a real connection with his writer's team words.

6/10, don't think i'll come back to this album really often, guess i listened to too much really interesting music over the last year to stay captivated by a gallagher album apart from DM, MG and Masterplan

Listened to it 3times it's pretty good i'd give it 6.5/10 but there are way better album these days, even released this year, definitely won't bring anyone new to oasis/liam fanbase I think that's fair. It's a 7/10 for me. Some really great moments and some very passable moments. But the great moments are for me great because it's Liam trying something slightly new for him. I was worried it was going to be an album full of Shockwaves and Once's, so I'm happy enough! the good bits are some unexpected sounds, even if they sound similar to stuff i've heard, the album avoids being 11 times the same song and indeed i'd have hated it if it was full of singles-like songs(except one of us)

Don't get the hype of the Once demo. Sure, it's nice but okay...? same here, reading the comments i expected something amazing but well, it's just once without violins

It's a very joyous (does this term even exist?) album, so it's really pleasant to listen to it all, not really what i'm looking to in music right now but it was a cool listen, and finally more exploring that i'd expect from any gallagher brother, nothing too crazy but it doesn't try too hard to be an oasis album(it tries to be a beatles album this time )

Liam was bullshitting us for a more punk-rock album right? That is everything but punk, except bits of shockwave or the river You thought thats what it would be? The Clash doing the pistols doing the New York Dolls? that's what he said after releasing AYW so idk i expected some rawer tunes maybe.. wait... who am i kidding, i expected nothing from someone who never showed any interests in exploring new genres there are good songs in this album tho, it's a pleasant listen until now edit: its more adventurous than AYW i'll easily admit that

HAHAHA None of the Noel songs get above a 3 for me.. they are all a joke.. Some of the worst tunes I've heard to be honest by a major artist as singles.. I'd rather have an album with 10 Little James then those useless tunes.. Noel is still my favorite song writer but geez those are bad. Shockwave 4/10 The River 1/10 Once 4/10 One of Us 3/10 Black Star Dancing 8/10 Rattling Rose 8/10 Sail On 9/10 This is The Place 7/10 Lush by Snail Mail Pristine 8.5/10 Heat Wave 7/10 the rest bland/10

By far the best of the 4 new song, it should have more singing maybe and last longer to deserve that kind of ending, but very strong overall, 7.5/10 for now, the rest of the song were low 6, 5 and 4 for me

It's hard to say if it sounds good or not because of the audience, but i have a feeling that's the best he sounded for a fuckin while, my god!
has our fellow mate who posted the links give his opinion on the gig yet?

that song is so boring i haven't been able to sit through more than one whole listen...
Seriously i liked AYW as a comeback album, he had to give people what they wanted and did it well, and the bonus tracks made me hope for a more ambitious Liam but the three latter releases just feel so tired and uninteresting, even noel's disco shit feels more inspired

They might be your favorite albums i have nothing agains that but these albums don't bring anything new to what oasis had already done,
At best post BHN albums have one or two bangers because when you try to recreate anthems over and over and you're the one that wrote DM and WTSMG, some of the stuff you write ends up being "ok"
Sometimes i wonder if oasis fans have listened other stuff than mod/brit music from the 60's 80's and 90's

It's fine, better than Shockwave for me even if i don't like the "break" in the pre chorus(if there's even a real chorus) 7/10, shockwave was a 5/10

I am so mad because i fuckin hate this song, just can’t stand it, the intro and verses just remind me of crappy american rock i hear on perfumes ads on the tv and i also hate the chorus...
Only the part that leads to the chorus is good to me because it reminds me of come back to me which i love...
Started at 6 its now a 4 for me...
