With all due respest to Ride, but Oasis are in totally different ballpark. You'll always get the cool musician types reminding everyone how much better off he is in Ride. Try telling his bank balance that. Yeah he's great at writing songs where he can hide behind instrumentals, but if anything it just shows me how amazing it is that Noel still manages to do what he does. The melody has to be at the forefront of everything he does and that's always the hardest part. |

Zak was an Oasis drummer b4 Chris so I don't get the "feel bad" part. If feel bad for Alan before I'd feel bad for anyone else. Chris has shown more loyalty via his time served. Zak was there earlier but chose to leave for The Who. He looks slightly less like a hobbit but was disloyal. Zak was already established with The Who. Still is the rightful live drummer for them. He never said he'd quit for Oasis. Nor has he technically been a part of either band. |
