How does demand for the reunion tickets compare to the demand and hype for Knebworth ‘96. Someone who is there, please answer! I’d like to know this! The Mirror has said that there will be around 14 million trying to get tickets, but no idea where their source of the info is from. I’m wondering if it will eclipse Knebworth 96 due to the fact the band now has more generations of fans?

Commentator was talking about how he didn’t queue for tickets but hoped he could get one from his friend who is/was the head of the label.

When I say easier, well its not, but its more convenient. You could sit in your bed and do it on your phone now - back then you had to physically go to a shop or a box office to get them. Or phone a ticket hotline and buy them over the phone with your card.

How does demand for the reunion tickets compare to the demand and hype for Knebworth ‘96. Someone who is there, please answer! The same. Honestly. Apparently 12% of the uk’s population tried to get tickets this time compared to the original 4%.

I got two tix and one is for my madferit best friend since we were five, but he has a big family and just started a new career. If, for some reason, he’s not able to go (which is possible), I will give the extra ticket to one of the fanatics here that weren’t as fortunate as I was.

The whole thing is making me proud to be a lifelong fan from the early days, how a 30 year old band with members in their 50’s can still rouse a nation, and a nation of youngsters to boot! is just incredible

I just assumed this had been the case since 2005. Different buses. Different hotels. Different travels means. #rudderlessship

I always assumed extremely limited contact on tours since 2005 with the exception of green room and stage stuff.

Would be something for the fans who have forked out to at least have a tv appearance or even brief moving image WITH audio of the brothers grimm together.
