Supersonic (Live at The Limelight, Belfast - 4th September '94) Oh, look. Another live version of Supersonic  Am I the only one not excited about this? I hope that "something special coming from the vaults" means more than some random live recordings... It will be more than that! Fans will be able to record or write their memories and thoughts about Definitely Maybe at the new Oasis website and the best of those fan memories will be packaged into a new online exhibition! Aren't you all excited now!? |

We all know Oasis fucked the hardest in Ireland. My holy grail is getting the Slane gig from 2009. It was my one and only oasis gig and I need confirmation of whether it really was as excellent as it seemed 😅 Indeed, it was excellent!! I was there too😉. I have a t-shirt of the gig carefully stored and great memories. I went to one of the wembley gigs from this tour too. But Slane Castle was a TOP TOP TOP day |

I guess the reissue gets announced tomorrow morning with Supersonic Belfast as the lead material? Gotta delivery something substantial.

I totally forgot Belfast was the gig Definitely Maybe got number 1. I’m really excited now. Properly excited. I hope they do the same thing with Shakermaker in a couple of months. I’m still holding my breath but not as much. I mentioned I hoped for a Manchester release like the Hacienda. Was only a couple days off  |

Raucous. Sounds a bit different to a lot of the 94 versions with the intro the way it was. You can tell Noel was in a good mood that night.
It's soundboard, just not pristine soundboard.

Yeah it is good. Very raw. 1994-Oasis raw. Still, I hope there's something more interesting coming. From a 30th anniversary edition I expect a lot more than a few live tracks. |

I can't say I'm overly impressed with that recording. I guess the intention was to give people something that nobody already had, but back in my gig downloading days I probably had 30 versions of Supersonic from the DM era that sounded much better than this Belfast recording.
Hopefully this isn't a highlight of whatever else is coming.

Excluding Knebworth 96 in the CD/DVD version, I find that everything the Oasis staff comes up with is absolutely useless and of very poor quality.

The song was recorded once. There are no demos. That leaves live versions. We have a lot already yeah but what else can they do? |

Found it on there , you would think there might be some announcement today with this being added, hopefully it’s good news when it arrives or this might be it !

Yes, if you look up the Supersonic EP ( like the original one) the title track is available in Dolby Atmos. The new live version is a separate single. Ironically the second track is the album version but isn’t available in Dolby Atmos 😅 |
