And so it begins……..the 30th anniversary of DM promo cycle. I’m thinking first week of June for album reissue pre-orders. God Bless.

Hope it has the original 1993 mastering dynamics and not the 2014 one.

Pre-ordered both.
The 7" being numbered is cool, I wonder how many they'll make.

I would order the 7" but the shipping costs are huge. Any chance they sell this on amazon?

Really thought they'd bring out the singles box again. Maybe slap a new coat of paint on it. I suppose you'll sucker more money out of people this way though.

They can keep it all for me and I'm saving my money as I still have the original cd and 7' vinyl singles anyway and I don't want yet another coloured vinyl thanks.

I don't know if the CD is a new repress or a stock clearance because on the picture it has the same catalog number as the 2000 repress (RKIDSCD010). The actual product can differ from picture though.

Ordered both CD and 7" 11 minutes after the announcement dropped. Can't wait for a year full of DM 30th goodies. Praying it's not the 2014 remasters and are the original mixes.

Hope it has the original 1993 mastering dynamics and not the 2014 one. I'm assuming it's the original 1994 mix as there's nothing about it being remastered or remixed on the website? Correct. It was recorded in December '93. However, there are two masters: the single and the album, the latter done by Owen Morris. The top waveform is the April 1994 CD single master, from the singles boxset Japanese CD pressing (same as the UK single), and the bottom one is the original 1994 album master, "Oasisified" by Morris: Same mix but different mastering approaches. According to discogs, the CD single was mastered by Nimbus Records in Herefordshire, UK, who were apparently not fans of the CD format. We basically don't know yet if this re-issued disc will have the CD single masters or the 2014 remasters which are very loud. Most people don't care about this stuff but I like discussing it.

I have the original CD. This one will be a perfect replica? I would have loved a exlisive graphic or a simple sticker on it.

I wonder how many copies they'll press for 7". Considering it's up on Amazon and all that, I'll throw out a number of 10,000 even though it's not very "limited" as they say.
