Another gem from Kyle's archive, a Noel sung cover of Tomorrow Never Knows c.1997
Sounds much better than expected/fully formed. Noel having fun with his wah-wah pedal, Whitey doing a decent job on drums and the organ is great too.
Quite possibly the GMEX soundcheck tape that contains an early version of Full On? The acoustics of the instruments are quite similar to what we got later that night.

That was my first thought as well, that this was the GMEX tape.
This is going to be the way kyle shares his content from now on, but at least he's sharing it.

Shame they never attempted this live in 1997/1998. Thanks for sharing Kyle. Awesome stuff.

It's great to hear all of this kinda stuff. Any new Whitey drumming instantly gives me a stiffy.

Thank you Kyle. Great to listen to. 3 years later in late 2000 Noel and Gem played a cover of tomorrow never knows for a tribute to John Lennon with Johnny Marr and cornershop.

The clarity on this is incredible. Usually soundchecks sound like the mic is 100 feet from the stage with tons of reverb.

Fantastic stuff.
Huge thanks again to Kyle. Let's hope this is the start of a new era in uncovering the uncirculated gems that are still out there.

I agree, Carl. KyleBHome your collection is too impressive and too amazing to have it behind YouTube. We all appreciate your efforts but we all know there's more to be done. Sharing these files to the forums would be the equivalent of a proper 25th Anniversary Be Here Now album. Something Oasis' management wont do. On the last day of the tour, 25 years ago to the date, let's work out a deal to where you feel comfortable sharing the files. I want to at least start a conversation to get things rolling. I can DM you on Facebook, or here, or you can reach out to me through here as well. I'm always open. Let's get this done.

Let’s not shake the Kyle tree too hard. These are special moments. Moments most of us would never hear without his good grace. We should respect and appreciate that. There are plenty of “ways” to get around YouTube.

I wouldn’t mind contributing to a pot again if we got something going like in the past, would be great to get a rare 97 sessions together with artwork since Oasis management won’t do anything for the fans.

I remember that event but did they do Tomorrow Never Knows? I can’t remember, it’s been so long since I heard it. I thought it was All You Need is Love or maybe I’m Only Sleeping.

Not sure who’s playing keyboards with them, I would have thought it was Zeb Jameson. He’s playing the Novation Bass station synthesiser they had used on the SOTSOG tour for who feels love.

I have Gem's guitar from that gig... The actual guitar or you just have the same one? Is it an epiphone frontier? I thing he played an electric guitar that night too on another song, I thought it was a Gibson SG but will have to re watch it.

The actual Gibson acoustic he uses from that gig. He bought in early 2000 and used through 2009 with the band. Still sounds amazing.
