Don't think there is a thread yet? Obviously this weekend is all about LG at Knebworth but NG starts his tour tonight in Wales.
Anyone going to/at the In It Together Festival today?
Be interested to see the setlist

According to the instagram story of the In it together festival, the concert started with Fort Knox then Holy Mountain then It's a beautiful world... it really looks like the setlist of his last tour

Have to say from the clips I've heard tonight from Noel he sounds like he's struggling a bit vocally now.
Quite staggering that when HFB started out you had him sounding arguably best he ever has whilst doing half an oasis set and smashing it in arenas whilst the former frontman struggled like he did - now fast forward 11 years and well we all know the story.

Upper 50s your voice changes a lot. Time wounds all heels as they say.

Saw a clip of SCYHO. Kind of shocked we haven't heard anything about the setlist yet.

Glad to see Wandering Star still getting a look in.
Why he's playing the turgid We're On Our Way Now instead of the far superior Flying On The Ground, I'll never understand.

A little bit disapointed at this setlist. Maybe he would like to sing some new songs in next year's gigs? I mean, even some new "old songs"?

I mean, I wasn't hoping for any new tunes, but at least something new in the set. Maybe something from Oasis, maybe some HFB B-side or whatever. If this is the same set as the Out Of The Now special I'll be really disappointed

He’s been away for 3 years more or less…still the same setlist. Lazy

Playing the same old shit in the middle of nowhere. You would think he would come out fighting.

Maybe he doesn't see it as a fight anymore.

Doesn't he want to change the setlist up for himself? Never mind the fans.

So you've got Liam in stadiums playing Roll It Over for the first time ever and Noel is still playing the most predictable set list imaginable that all his ticket-buying fans have heard many times before.
This is the guy who created some of the best B-sides ever.
With Liam being the 'superstar' you'd think Noel might appeal to the hard-core Oasis fans and play some older songs for the first time.
It wasn't THAT long ago that he put a guitar version of Idlers Dream into the set for fucks sake.
Can only think its laziness and if the pandemic didn't cure that, nothing will.

I’m not advocating lazy setlists, however it’s worth pointing out that not only is this Noel’s first proper show since before the pandemic, but also it’s a festival, so the setlists are usually pretty bog-standard crowd pleasers.
Hopefully the tour to support the album next year will bring some more variety

It is a shame considering the library he has to choose from & the amount of time he raves about the band he has.
