What do people think of this in the end? I have to say it’s too dreamy and relaxed for me. Much preferred the raw clip he released, it seems more in tune with the vibe of the song.

Mind Games was worth the wait. Definitely my favorite track on disc 2 of Council Skies.

I think the song is boring and repetitive. I had never really heard the original either and after trying it, it's not Noel's fault. But yeah, not a fan. I have a love/hate relationship with a lot of post Beatles songs

But the original song is dreamy and relaxed haha, Noel's version sounds great and in tune with the original version. Also it would be nice to hear Noel singing #9 Dream next, or Nobody Told which is my fave Lennon song. |

I think there might a little bit too much choir in the final version, but it still is a lovely tune. Noel's voice suits so well this song, definitely one of his best covers imo.
