Just thought I’d jump on here to say I interviewed Mike Bruce yesterday for an upcoming episode of the Oasis Podcast. I got the full story of Stranded On The Earth which is very exciting. Turns out reading this thread though there’s a lot of hate for Mike Bruce! I think his work with Noel is fantastic - the videos from the first album perfectly suit the style of music - much more brassy and vaudevillian than Oasis so that suits Mike’s Americana style down to the ground. Plus tying them together with the different themes... very bold and I salute them for trying something different. Thanks! I believe that can be a very intesting interview. I agree that his videos perfectly fit the vibe of the first album, not too sure about ILITL though. |

For instance Marcus Russell apparently originally tapped Mike to do a video for Beady Eye but Liam didn’t like the idea!

Given most tours go on for like a year-and-a-half, I wouldn't be surprised to see a new European leg late this year or early next year as well, as well as Asia/Australia. |

Last I heard Ignition don’t want to put out anymore individual videos so Mike is just finishing off the completed film.
I’ll be putting the interview out shortly but it won’t be coming out under “Oasis Podcast” banner. Watch this space!
