It looks like Liam will either be directly on 2TE for the UK or perhaps a sub label imprint of his own via the team at 2TE, probably with licensing to Warner labels for all other territories. I'll do a bit of asking and see what transpires

Looks like what I guessed as far as acquaintances know, it will be 2TE Records for the UK and Warner affiliated labels worldwide unless otherwise stated. The only unconfirmed bit is whether Liam will use his own imprint name which would suggest he is paying for the sessions or be directly on Warner Bros. which tells me they are covering recording costs.

I don't read it as him being on the imprint, particularly because its focus is dance and urban.

I don't read it as him being on the imprint, particularly because its focus is dance and urban. I read it as a parent label thing also going on acquaintances, with LG probably having an imprint of his own whilst benefiting from a proper label marketing and support network. I could well be wrong as scuttlebutt isn't always 100% reliable to say the least.

Probably someone already said this but one would hope a first single to be released straight after the Oasis documentary

Probably someone already said this but one would hope a first single to be released straight after the Oasis documentary It would certainly make sense given that it will provide crossover publicity, along with him currently being in most of the music industry publications regarding his deal with Warner Music Group. It depends on whether or not the material that he has been recording is ready for release, and also if his new management, marketing an PR teams have a campaign put together to keep interest rolling up to the album release and subsequent supporting tour rather than having things peter out after the first single has been released.

I know radio x do more for Gallagher marketing (using them for self marketing) than anyone but this tweet seems like it could be 'soooner' than later

Is the hype train starting? Maybe we will get something sooner than we thought!

F-ck yeah! RoloMaybe he won't even tour for the record "pulls of a Bowie" and releases the whole thing after the docu. Zack de la Rocha also released his first solo track one year in advance.

If there will be a single after Supersonic, the album should be released before Christmas. Or he could pull a Noel Gallagher.

Liam's been doing way to too much yapping. Reminds me of DGSS. This better not suck.
