So the borderline club (sadly closed) i always requested "cigs n alcohol" (where the video was shot) was awesome. I used to get up on stage..imitate Liam. Jump off the stage and land on my arse. Good times

Always nice to leave the club on a singsong, so DLBIA or wonderwall work well.
There's quite a few "indie" clubs near me so Oasis are always on somewhere.

I'd say Columbia would be the best club song by oasis. Well the main melody was nicked off of an old rave tune that played in the Hacienda and the original demo had the "not quite acid house" chant. Plus it does have a sort of baggy/four-on-the-floor house groove. |

Back in 1996 our local night club used to have two large rooms one played house music the other indie or rock. The indie room always played Reef, Ocean Colour Scene, Dodgy and other Brit Pop stuff. Slide Away or Morning Glory always got an outing and always went down a storm

These three songs will play in any shit club in any shit town in the UK at any given point during a shitty night...
They will usually all play together, during a half-hour 'indie/retro' bit after four hours of chart shite.
Wonderwall, She's Electric, DLBIA. If the shit DJ has any taste, he might play C&A or SMS as well.
