We've now had four albums from Liam and three from Noel. Just put them all into a Spotify playlist and put it on shuffle. I know there's plenty on here that don't like everything done by them both, but I've always found both Noel and Liam very easy listening. So even if I'm not massively keen on a track, in a massive playlist on shuffle it just flows nicely from one track to the next. They've both made some great music since Oasis split. I never got to see them, and as much as I'd love them to reunite I'm happy with the music they are putting out currently. Would like to see them reunite just to see them as brothers again. That's more important than a tour for me. That being said if they did tour I'd be buzzing. It’s better now than the later Oasis years pal!

Did any of the Oasis members call Noel 'the Chief'?

Is Rock 'n' Roll Star the greatest opening track on a debut album ever? What a statement of intent that tune is.

Noel and Liam owe us a re-release of DOYS, but with the right original songs in there, with Liam’s vocals recorded, before both decided to sabotage the album.
DOYS should have been phenomenal.

Saw the Whatever video for the first time in years, and I'm laughing at how drunk Noel is!

It's a day late but this was my Oasis thought for yesterday to mark the 24th anniversary of the greatest album of all time

I feel like a parent - needing to give equal attention to both brothers. God bless you, Peggy.

Confession: I've never listened to be here now. I always try, but it's to long and boring. I've heard almost all of the songs, but never in one listen.

Just came back from a concert my friend took me too. About halfway through the lead singer asked the crowd "you guys wanna hear a singalong?" and then started playing the riff of...........Champagne Supernova!!!
I sang my heart out far louder than anyone else. Sadly, I think I was the only one in the concert of about 120 that knew all the words. It was an emo punk concert though, not sure how many of them regularly listen to Oasis. Still incredible to hear Oasis's influence where you don't expect!

Also, two songs later all of sudden the singer started singing:
"What do you want from me, why don't you run from me, what are you wondering, what do you know? Why aren't you scared of me, why do you care for me, when we all fall asleep where do we go?"
Needless to say, it was a wild night.

The album « Standing on the shoulder of the giants » is underrated There's a lot of potential for change in that album but it just gets squandered. I wish they'd have spent another year on it to get new members in and a producer who would push them forward. The Where Did it All Go Wrong? demo, Revolution Song, Go Let it Out, Gas Panic!, Fuckin' in the Bushes, Full On, Let's All Make Believe, One Way Road, and Roll it Over all show the potential the album had to be an electronic and blues/roots music-influenced rock album with a bit of that Oasis flair, but it fell flat in the end. It's still a pretty alrightr album though.

Needles to say....I took drugs. FIFY. Lovely stuff. No drugs, but a huge fight did break out right in front of me during the third or fourth song. The band had to stop mid-song so two people could be carried out because of possible concussion. That fight almost enveloped me too. Oh, how I love how intense concerts can be.

Didn't he said he was going to take some time to rest? Like 3 years or some? I honestly hope that we have a single and a b-side at the end of the year and that's it until 2021. I mean, I'd love to have a new record as soon as posible but I prefer that he takes some time to decide the direction. I don't want the next album to be more of the same. 3rd album ALWAYS have to be a change in the creative direction I agree, Oasis didn't change on their third album, and it was terrible. Funny how BE HERE NOW is the marmite album...for me..personally totally love it...the coked up monster of a Bull in a china shop harshness!! It would be brilliant to hear a one off single..I would even settle for a cracking cover..just not Natural Mystic...didn't do it for me. I would love a few tunes similar to Better Man ..underrated tune. Live this is the bomb at the 2002 Bern, Gurtenfestival. Snarling and attitude peppered...NIIIIICE
