I hate reading how all the artists came together for a group sing along at the end................except for Liam Gallagher. thats not true at all "I might be wrong, I might be wrong, I could have sworn I saw a light, Coming home......"

Sounds like another article written to put Liam in a bad light...? I personally wouldn't care if he didn't though to be honest. I don't see William at all.

Perhaps I read an incorrect article. perhaps you did. I'd say maybe 1/2 - 2/3 came back on. Some of them for only a few seconds as it obviously wasn't planned and there wasn't any mics set up for a 'group sing along' Which article said they all came on.................except liam gallagher? This is just such typical negativity towards liam. I dont think he's done anything pubically except maybe the Jon brookes night in the past year. The fact at this point in time he did go and do this for charity (like he's always supported TCT with Oasis, BDi and PG and people get dissapointed cos he was one of many not to be there for a spur of moment stand on stage for 30 seconds).

'all the artists came together for a group sing along at the end'
I thought the above might be the bit that has the truth bent, like just a few singers came together meaning quite a few doesn't re-appear, not just Liam

Hey all I said is I "hate" reading stuff like that for many reasons. First for pointing it out and second because I'd love to see Liam get involved like that. Looked like a fun time. Stereogum and NME at the moment. I also saw the video. That's all I'm working with.

I personally would love to have seen Liam mingle with other artists for once. It's not a bad thing if it happened.

I'm confused why you just don't want to accept what happened last night.

I didn't doubt Liam didn't go on stage. I just bet that it wasn't some huge organised ceremony with every single performer re-appearing except Liam. And from someone who went - I'm right! Couldn't actually care.

Also like i said these magazines are lying and making out they all came on................ except liam? but as also negative journalism about him when liam was actually doing something positive.

For me personally because it points out Liam not being a "team" member kind of guy and second because I think it would be cool if Liam actually did stuff like that. Get caught up in the spirit of the event. Not a bad thing either way. Just my opinion.

Perhaps this is why Beady Eye just could never catch on long term. Yes probably so and the not so intelligent general public believe what they read. Is a shame but we all know what the media are like with Liam. We also know what lazy journalism the NME do so shouldn't be surprised really even when he shows his face for a charity gig

I totally get your post, I think you've misunderstood that all I was saying is don't believe the press to be portraying it exactly how it was (was my guess). The person who went also said this wasn't the case so I'm just saying take it with a pinch of salt. As for getting in the spirit of things I wouldn't expect any different or want any different but that's just my opinion. My Generation was good anyway and shook hands with fans. Top stuff.

I hope Liam and Eddie Vedder partied after the show - you know, got high and passed out on some train tracks or something.
God bless.

Considering the most recent performance was in an arena and this was in a quiet tv studio. I'd say that performance is easily as good as this:
From 9 years ago (9 years!!! 9 fucking years since DBTT, I still think of it as a recent album)

Who gives a shit if he didn't go on stage with everyone else? Look how cringe worthy that is. A bunch of shit musicians doing some dad dancing. No thanks. Glad Liam stayed well away from it
