Putting on three holding midfielders when at home to Palace, pathetic. They may be popping the champagne, but they haven't been playing champagne football. #boring any team would do this when it is the game that wins the tittle. It is the rest of the league that has enabled this had Chelsea been put under pressure they would have played for the whole season and not just the first two thirds.

There's no way Mourinho should win manager of the year. With the budget he had he should have walked this league. They have walked it, won with 3 games to go and they have slept through the final part of the season. Europe is where they let themselves down. With little to no pressure, they should have won it in style. Congrats I guess for winning the title in the weakest Premier League ever. Next year will be a real test, I reckon. From last season but still so true and relevant:

Van Gaal would be setting records, but Moyes got there before him. By Arsenal standards, Uniteds season is likely to be a success with a top 4 finish. Don't count your chickens, if you don't beat Arsenal in two weeks time there is a real possibility that Liverpool could catch you. And with Liverpool being so diabolical this season, that speaks volumes of Utd.

I would have to agree with this article. We're playing well (and tonight vs. Hull was just WOW), and this is a much different Arsenal than the last few seasons. We're getting closer and closer... Arsenal are close to Premier League title bid - Phil Neville www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/32586330

Liverpool fucking suck. They need a win to have any chance at the Champions League, and this is the shite performance they deliver? And Mingolet is an absolute div.

We were shocking, but Swansea borrowed a bus from Chelsea. Would have been interesting if we were still playing for 4th, would we have gotten that same performance? I'm not too sure. FYI, even a Utd win over Arsenal next week keeps 3rd in our hands. Keep in mind, Utd just lost to WBA a couple games ago! No matter, as long as we retain the Cup, like.

Oh fuck it. I'm just going to stick Magic Pie on, and get lost in the solo and forget all my Wenger inflicted pains.

Holy hell Man City kicked ass yesterday. 6-0 Against relegated QPR. With the way they played on Sunday, they deserved it. That must have been just embarrassing for the fans of their club to watch that match..

Some of the defending was nothing short of disgraceful. The first goal in particular when Agüero was allowed to run so far without even the slightest challenge. Even at that early stage in the game you could tell that QPR weren't going to come back form that. I won't miss QPR at all. I will miss Burnley.

What a fantastic season he has had - definitely manager of the year for me. From an unbiased perspective, Swansea are the best thing to have happened to the Premier League in years. A fantastic club that plays excellent football defying all the odds. Long may it continue.

Question : I had written liecester city off for relegation 10 games ago , this if done is the greatest of great escapes I remember in top division. Does anyone remember a better escape if it's done ?? Ross matt Beady’s Here Now ? Anyone

Anyone Yeah as Shakespeare's Sister says, probably West Brom - you know the circumstances with them being bottom on the final day and somehow results for them and others going the perfect way. But in terms of Leicester City, it's probably the most impressive relegation escape in terms of performaces - a cynic may say West Brom were a bit lucky to escape, but Leicester have actually been really good recently!

Interestingly (or maybe not) Nigel Pearson was Bryan Robson's assistant at West Brom when they stayed up in 2005.

Liecester's manager for manager of the year.No question. Not for me - it has been an impressive turnaround but he's spent vast sums of money on that side, in all honesty, they should't have been so bad. He's a bit of an arrogant tosser too! Garry Monk most definitely for me - a much cheaper side and a rookie manager, yet he still owns the majority of other managers. And an even bigger bonus for him? Getting his team to play great football. 8th in the Premier League is astonishingly great, especially with the big spenders above.

It is a good achievement by Swansea, but it's not like they didn't have the players for it. Nigel Pearson still gets my vote, what a turn around! Guess we just have to agree to disagree in this case. What I will say is that none of the top 7 deserve it (not even Soton, imo).

I'd probably agree with the Garry Monk shouts for manager of the year as well. 8th is a fantastic achievement for them especially when they sold their best striker (and arguably player) in January.
I think it would be funny if Pearson got it though as it would no doubt make some people absolutely seething given how much of a dick he is.
