I still think that it's unprofessional that nobody told the fans if that was the reason, Gem and Andy could still talk, and Liam didn't apologize on twitter.
Honestly...I don't know how much of that was loss of voice. I mean...he was singing fine...and he didn't even reattempt singing another line, or wait for the outro to finish, or even wave to the crowd. I'll watch again when I get home to see if there is something i am missing. He opened his mouth once, stepped back, swiped his hand like, "that's it", and walked off.
Someone talk to me about Liam's professionalism some more. Please.I defended him about the last gig cut short when he tweet immediately.
All I've got to say is, Way to burn tour bridges with your audience Liam. Everyone there will remember that and spread to word.

I agree someone should have stepped up but as I said before with three quarters of the gig done I think they have packed up and ran. Gem and Andy seem to me very happy to stay in the background at stuff like this. Poor show from the band and the management but that's life I guess.

I kinda feel bad for Liam now. He looks genuinely frustrated in that video.

Wouldn't surprise me that a lot of old Oasis fans are enjoying this now. I really hope they pull it out the bag with this 2nd album, if they don't? then it will turn into a farce and he will have to pack it in. Not how he should be remembered.
Also what baffles me is after all their talk about how good TITP was and barrowlands that they have decided not to do a gig in Scotland? Surely a night there would do their confidence the world of good!

Things will pick up when his throat is better and they hit South America. The fans over there will be well up for it. Then they have some homecoming gigs back in England where again the crowd will be more receptive to them. In January this will all be a distant memory. As far as blips go on a tour this is a pretty small one by more modern standards.

Fucking sad to see. At least at the 2007 Brits, the voice may have been unwilling, but Oasis was the star of the show. In that video, Liam is playing in front of a handful of stone-faced zombies who wandered into the wrong show.
Liam was born to play in stadiums and arenas.

It might have been a typo, but on the setlist that was given out to a lucky few after the gig by the sound guy, it looked like this: Four Letter Word Beatles & Stones Millionaire Three Ring Circus Two Of A Kind For Anyone The Roller In The Bubble With A Bullet Bring The Light Standing On The Edge of The Noise Kill For A Dream The Beat Goes On The Morning Son Wigwam World Outside My Room Sons Of The Stage If that was correct, the gig was cancelled before the end of the "main set". But I'm not crying rivers and I'm not really angry at Liam. We got to see the guys play 13 amazing songs and it actually looks like he lost his voice in that clip. It was short (though still we heard more than 80% of the planned songs), but without a single dull second (as I think there sometimes was during the later Oasis gigs when they played the older, longer, songs) But it would've been nice to get some kind of official statement. And I had looked much forward to Wigwam. Anyway, uploaded The Beat Goes On and Bubble to youtube. Think the quality is alright on both, so turn up the volume

Thanks for the videos, Lundblad! In the Bubble With a Bullet is a great tune and his voice sounded good. Hope he gets well soon

ITBWAB is sounding great, can't wait for Brixton now!
Sad to see him in the other video. He's doing his best but the voice just dies on him and you can see how frustrated he is. Hope he gets well soon.

I only come here when I see more than like 3 people viewing. And again, it only ever reaches that heady number when Liam walks off stage. For a band that only has 1 album, they shouldn't be doing encores anyway. Just give the fans a full set then fuck off. Fans shouldn't have to work to get their moneys worth.

Are you a better judge than Liam as to the present condition of his voice? Lets stick to things there is even a shred of evidence for. He looked extreamly frustrated and he has had a throat infection. He seems to be doing the best he can as i've seen bands cancel a string of dates for this sort of thing.

What a fucking drama. The guy is embarking on a tour and is recovering from a severe throat condition, he missed the encore, two songs, for a shit crowd anyway. Give the man a break. Fucks sake.

First of all, if his throat is fucked, then he should cancel the gig and refund the tickets. At least that way the fans won't turn on you for playing a short, crap set. Second, the fact there's no statement or apology is a bit of a disgrace really.

Singers have problems with their voice's mate. It happens. Deal with it.

Who should deal with it? The fans? Why? If you paid for a big mac and you got a piece of shit, would you also have to deal with it?
