He'd do the Etihad I'd have thought. If it sold out I think Noel would implode. not to start a Noel thing but could Noel have done these sorta shows? Idk if he could I dunno - it's an interesting one. My gut feeling is he probably could sell it out but I think a year ago, the idea of Liam selling it out would've amused Noel no end. The fact we're even debating it now is quite amazing let alone the fact it might happen.

While Liam's tweet are obvisouly over the line, Noel does seem to becoming a massive douche. Between the sunglasses on at all times, the constant name dropping about Bono,Morrisey, etc and the celebrity stalking along with this new direction he is taking that he seems to belittle fans that have been with him for 25 years, he's becoming an arrogant prick. The thing I always loved about Noel was that no matter how big he got or how famous he was, he seemed like a pretty down to earth guy (even if he did the tongue in cheek arrogance). He seems to be losing that in the recent round of interviews with this album. I'm in agreement. Things just seem to be a bit different with him lately and I'm just so pleased Liam has come up with a great album and live shows, else I'd be in quite a big musical void right now.

As a songwriter, he can obviously do what he wants and rightly so. But for me, hearing these 2 songs in comparison to Rock n Roll Star, Live Forever, Champagne Supernova etc...there is no comparison and I feel sad that 'that' Noel has gone.

Two very poor songs. I'm not keen on Noel's solo albums to date, so I'm not expecting much from this, but he has completely lost the plot going on what I've heard so far. Everyone has their own tastes and opinions, but I get the impression some people are trying to convince themselves that they like this guff because it's Noel Gallagher. +1.

Both songs are pretty poor in my opinion. Not pre-ordering the album is proving a wise decision so far.

I love the Archer trainers but they always fall apart within 3 months which I find really bad for £60.

From the interviews I've seen/read with Noel recently he seems a changed man - witty and humourous has been replaced with bitterness and maybe even some jealousy of Liam's recent 'rebirth'.
It's a shame as it was always enjoyable knowing that a new Oasis/NGHFB release was coming meant some media time for Noel, but on current standings he just seems moody and up his own arse.
I think he's immensely annoyed about Liam's success and can't handle the fact that people may be coming round to the idea that Liam isn't just a 'loud mouthed yob' after all and actually has some very witty and amusing things to say himself...

I'd enjoy hearing FOTF, Soul Love, Iz Rite, TRC and KFAD but each to their own.

Basically the whole 2nd night at Wembley! One big rant about patsy, his furniture and his opinion of Wembley. This was may be the first entire Oasis gig I saw as I only started listening to them in 2000 and I remember thinking - 'Wow, if every gig is like this, this band is insane!'. Fucking loved that gig and still do. Liam is so shockingly bad, he's good.
