So glad he's feeling well enough to make this gig, and he's sounding great. How many people does Terminal 5 hold? 3,000 capacity

Funny thing is i absolutely LOVE some of the gigs from that tour - The quality of performances on Standing on the Edge of the Noise, Wembley 2008, the insane crowd/ band energy of Argentina and the rowdiness of the Roundhouse show. Some of my all-time favorite gigs.

I really don't understand why people are being so vicious and are throwing with words as "Liam/Noel fanboy" and "battle". Why can't you just enjoy something without insulting others? Also, what kind of battle is this exactly? A battle between someone's third album which sounds unlike most things he's done before and which wasn't created to be a specific commercial success and someone's debut album which sounds Oasis-y, is specifically created for the masses (as a comeback) and had help from a team of co-writers? What is the point, really? No offence to OP, but I don't like these VS thing. You don't have to compare everything. I enjoy both albums and I know many of us on this forum too. If you don't like Who Buikt The Moon?, no problem. If you don't like As You Were, no problem. Everyone has their own taste, choice. It's dead boring and a shame not to enjoy the music. And before anyone jumps on like "certain moderators don't like people on here to debate", it's not true. Yoi should be able to discuss without having a big mouth to each other. I'll tell you one thing - I'm listening to Noel & Liam harmonize on Cast No Shadow and it's making me sad that they don't make music together anymore.

Aye. I can't wait till WBTM hits Spotify so I can make a mashup playlist. The closest to an Oasis 2017 album. If you have downloaded the files to your computer mate, they will be on your 'local files' in Spotify, so you can already make a playlist. I tried it last night: 1. Fort Knox 2. Greedy Soul 3. Holy Mountain 4. Wall Of Glass 5. Bold 6. It's A Beautiful World 7. She Taught Me How To Fly 8. You Better Run 9. Doesn't Have To Be That Way 10. Be Careful What You Wish For 11. Universal Gleam 12. The Man... 13. All I Need (Bonus: Dead In The Water) The songs are all great, but as a playlist it didn't flow brilliantly just because they are all different - although Bold into Beuatiful World worked well. I went as follows: Fort Knox Wall Of Glass Bold She Taught Me How To Fly Greedy Soul Paper Crown For What It's Worth Be Careful What You Wish For You Better Run Black & White Sunshine I Get By The Man Who Built The Moon Come Back To Me Universal Gleam I've All I Need End Credits (Wednesday Part 2)

Liam has always motioned for the sound guy to up the monitors - and I'd just like to reiterate something in regards to the number of songs he's performing - during Oasis' heyday he would typically sing 14 to 15 songs, along with support from Noel, and Noel would take 4 to 5 for a total of around 19 songs. So the 14 he's been performing regularly is right in his wheelhouse and for all intents and purposes he's on his own, all Liam all the time. We don't want rkid over taxing his reed. As others have stated, I'm sure he'll up it for the UK gigs like Finsbury etc. but for these club dates I think he'll keep it at 14 or 15 especially with so many gigs close together - plus, he brings it every night.

Just gave WBTM a proper listen...and friends - it is indeed a great time to be alive - 2 top albums from the brothers Gallagher simultaneously. The two albums together are like a modern day White Album. Cheers to the lads.

Shit he's only playing 14 songs? Think of it this way - typical 2009 Oasis gig was 19 songs (excluding Fuckin' in the Bushes walk on) Liam sang 15 of them with Noel taking the other 4 so he's right in the pocket. Cheers

Noel claims that Liam is pandering to the fan base...for christ's sake isn't that EXACTLY who he should be catering to instead of slagging them off?? He's given his fans everything we could have hoped for since June, beginning with a biblical appearance at One Love ("Manchester boy in the area!!!") at a time when it was really needed. He's singing better than he has in years, he's delivered a top album where he wrote or co-wrote all the tracks. He's delivered fantastic concerts where he's giving the fans Oasis songs done in the proper style that we're dying to hear live again. His personnel interaction with fans on twitter is nothing but fun and endearing. Bringing that little girl on stage to introduce Slide Away was beautiful. Old school Oasis fans are parka monkey's and morons? Noel is sounding like a tool. The end.
