Nope! it was picked up from Warner at 5:04pm and 'in transit' since 5:44pm yesterday, it's now 6:41pm so no chance now. Hopefully tomorrow. It would be a giant fuck up if I did receive it 2 weeks early though Still nothing from the mailman? Same status as the last two days.. it hasn't updated since I wouldn't have mentioned it at all except they said it would be delivered on Thursday the 21st, so obviously I got excited.

Let's hope so, I can't wait to hear this album! Looking forward to tomorrow then, I hope the delivery won't be delayed. If you receive it tomorrow, you know what you're gonna be asked to do in a more serious note, if you do receive it tomorrow, then the leak is not too far away now. Haha I'll let you know if I get it. Surely it can't be two weeks early, but like it I said - it's the only thing I've ordered from Warner! I put another item in my basket at another time to check how much shipping would be, but didn't actually buy it. Guess we'll find out soon enough

Just got an email saying I have a delivery from Warner Music Australia in transit and to expect it tomorrow (Thursday 21st).. the only thing I have ordered from them is the As You Were box set, could it be? I was looking at the new DFA1979 vinyl on the website the other day but didn't buy it, and there has been no other money taken out of my account. Weird!

Not long now! Gotta say, I've loved the way this campaign has been handled. It sucked knowing there was an album coming like 4 months ago, but the way they've re-introduced him to the public and slowly built him back up just as Liam has been brilliant. He has barely been out of the headlines since late-May and probably won't be for the rest of the year. All the interviews, British Masters, BBC Backstage Pass etc have been filled with great, interesting and funny content, it's definitely been fun keeping up with it all.
So much better than dropping an album out of nowhere with no build up or excitement then disappearing a few weeks later!

I urge every single person who has slated the playing of Liam's band to go and watch Be Here Now from the Reading gig. The sheer power and energy in that performance is unbelievable to the point where I would say it's my favourite live version of the song ever. Even though he messed up his words at one point it's still one of my favourite Liam performances, not just post millennium but damn near ever. Trust me go play it. Exactly. I've seen Liam twice on this solo tour and have another two times lined up, anybody who slags the band off should actually see them live first. They really bring it.

He's coming to Australia! Falls festival which I've never heard of. Surely he'll do some side gigs Falls is now Australia's longest running touring festival.. 25 years! It's put on by the same people as Splendour in the Grass. He will be doing a couple of side shows, likely only in Melbourne and Sydney.

Just out of curiosity, how many people have seen Liam's band live and still didn't like them? Only asking as I recently saw them twice in 4 days in NYC and thought they all sounded fantastic. I never saw Oasis (they skipped Aus on the DOYS tour) but I've seen NGHFB and BE twice each as well, and Liam solo is by far my favourite post-Oasis live band.
Maybe I don't know what I'm missing as I never got the full Oasis experience?

Hey dudes Thats my insta pic, I was the one at the show today! Liam was a surprise musical guest who will be shown at a later date (not tonights episode. Dave Chappelle's interview also won't be on tonight). We basically got two episodes filmed in one day. Pretty sure I was the only Oasis fan boy there, three rows from the front over on the right. Get on this, Liam played... FOR WHAT ITS WORTH and then Wall Of Glass as a web exclusive. Today was the definition of biblical. Flew in from Australia on Thursday night, got in at the McKittrick and then a surprise show at Colbert. Fucking epic. How was FWIW live? I thought it was great! He didn't get as high in the chorus as the studio version, but from memory he never sounded strained or like he was struggling. The whole band sounded really good though, it will be interesting to hear it back once it airs and see how it translates on TV. Sounded great in the theatre though, we were in the third row from the front.

Yeah, Dave Chappelle's interview. Oh, I missed that...thanks Yeah sorry, I meant Chappelle's interview because some people didn't think they were there at the same time. Liam just played his two songs, had some banter with the audience and Colbert off camera but no formal interview

3 posts registered last week. And I believe Chappelle is on later this week. I registered last week hoping I could buy a McKittrick ticket off someone, ended up getting my own. Had no need to post until I had some info to share, which people were asking me for today on Instagram. Chappelle is on Wednesday, but he was FILMED today. I can already tell you his outfit, long tight grey shirt, see through orange sunglasses (indoors) and white shoes. If you want details on his interview I'll tell you that too.

I gotta admit I was caught off guard, so the intro is a bit of a blur. I was expecting them to launch into WOG then Colbert says 'you may know him as the frontman of Oasis, here with his solo single FWIW - Liam Gallagher!!' The song is beautiful. Really nice melodies and nice lyrics. Chorus is something along the lines of 'for what its worth, i admit i made all of my mistakes' and 'we all fall off the track sometimes' (sorry its hard to remember after one listen!). It never exploded into a giant chorus like DLBIA like I was expecting after the reviews, bit of a low key catchy chorus like Wonderwall? Piano/keyboards were kinda deiving the track with guitar chords over it from memory. Anyway - i fucking loved it. Anyone else's BS meter going off? See for fucking yourself in a few weeks then. What else can I possibly tell you? He was a surprise guest right after Chappelle / no idea when it will be on / played For What It's Worth for the first time ever / he was wearing the exact same outfit as the Howard Stern press photos. I'm just trying to help since I was clearly the only Oasis fan there.
