Didn't Noel say earlier this year that once Zak was done with The Who tour, he had an open invitation to officially join Oasis?
Judging by the new pics from Abbey Road, minus Zak, I'm thinking it's not the case.
Not that it will change how the band sounds, but I think it would be cool that Zak was officially part of the band.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!!!

I guess I'm old-school, but I like CD's and I like being able to play them in my car when I'm cruisin'. (going to work) Maybe the new album will usher the return of 8-track tapes.

I may have missed it, but I don't think the group has signed with a new record label yet. Maybe that's the big announcement.

Maybe Barry Divola has a problem with another poll. The one that apparently is shoved up the ass. ;D

My impersonation of the general American music audience: "How can Noel say that about us? And where's my Kelly Clarkson CD?"
I think it's safe to say that Noel is in a better mood then we were led to believe down under.

Didn't Phil end one of his marriages via a fax machine? Just consider the source.

You mean I've been cranking my amp up to 11 because some actor did? I'll never be able to play "Big Buttom" again.

I' ve had no luck in finding the silver pressed bootleg JILY which is the 96 Cardiff show. Most of the people I've found who do have it live in Japan and they aren't trading.

It is tough to narrow down, but I'll go with "Flashbax" and "Headshrinker."

I think part of the problem with Oasis not being big in the USA anymore is the fact that few non-American bands are promoted well here in the States. You almost think that the American music industry is trying to make you feel unpatriotic if you dig music from a non-American group. (May be a stretch, but it's just a thought)
It's hard to believe how well HC did in Canada, yet was non-existant on the charts for the most part in the country right below it. Go fig.
And trying to find the DM DVD here in America was another example of how Oasis is considered a non factor by the powers that be as it was next to impossible to find. Thank God for Ebay.
Forgive the rambling, but I'm just glad for forums like this where I can connect with other Oasis fans here in the states and around the world to help keep me in the loop since the mainstream outlets have been no help at all.
Here's hoping Oasis comes to Cleveland in '05.

I used to love the old Oasisforum.com, until it died out earlier this year. I'm extremely glad I found this forum. Keep up the good work. (Of course, having contests where you're giving away boat loads of cash wouldn't be a bad idea!!!!)

I like Gem and Andy better because Oasis seems more like a complete band now. The two actually have input into the music. It seemed like Bonehead and Guigs were just there. Granted, that may have been by Noel's choice, who knows?

I'm also in Ohio and I agree. I went to Best Buy last week and had none, but claimed they would get some in. I go there again yesterday and still had none. I have two gift cards I planned on using, so they super suck!!!!!

I was wondering if anyone has heard of the Oasis bootleg, Live in Tokyo. It's apparently produced by MG Records.
It's apparently from the Don't Believe The Truth tour.
Does anyone know if this is a silver pressed 2-cd set, or a CDR?
Thanks

Bon Jovi should spend more time worrying about his arena football team and less about what great bands, unlike his, are doing.

Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of the bootleg, "The Home Coming." It's Oasis at G-Mex in December of 1997. Does anyone know if its a silver pressed original or a CDR? And does anyone know what the sound quality is?
Thanks!!!!
