Heard Noel's version of Merry Christmas Everyone in my works lobby this morning (in midwestern US). Needless to say, I was surprised.

Noel G (and others) interviewed at the premiere. Noel is at the end of the vid. Wtf is Noel saying, is he high :-) This is one my favourite albums I don't like Let It Be The only thing i can possibly think he's saying that makes any sense, is that he hates the "Let it Be" film. But whatever

Anyone been able to find a working link to watch the 2 complete shows? To be clear, not asking for said link to be shared here, just wondering if one exists.

Just wish there was a way to get the concerts digitally.

Is the any way of getting the two night digitally? I have no interest in getting a bluray player just for this.

Harmonica seems way low in the mix of Whatever compared to the bootleg.

Is there going to be an option to buying the 2 complete shows digitally? Have next to no interest in buying a blu-ray player specifically for that

None of them. Leave it in the past, even if there is some solid songs. The crowd isn't gonna react to it, so might as well do solo material instead if not doing Oasis

Really thought that the footage would look higher quality than it does.

One thing I just don't get; how has Stand By Me has gotten so many Spotify streams? It seemed a forgotten hit, I literally never heard it on UK radio from 2002-17. It wasn’t released in the US, which has a big influence. Outside Britain, the one place it was a hit was Sweden. In short, most of its streams are likely British. Looking at Oasis’ top Spotify songs list; 1. Wonderwall - 1.25 BN 2. Don’t Look Back In Anger - 479M 3. Champagne Supernova - 241M 4. Stop Crying Your Heart Out - 160M 5. Live Forever - 151M 6. Stand By Me - 147MAfter which there’s a big drop down to; 7. Supersonic - 87M 8. Half The World Away - 80M In that top six, you have four worldwide 90s classics, and their most enduring post-Britpop song which also stayed popular through cover versions. And then you've got Stand By Me. Never done live from 2001-19, yet its got about as many streams as the rest of Be Here Now combined, and is their fourth-most played vid on Youtube. So how?....Can’t just be the Halifax advert, can it? People initially mistaking it for the more popular Stand By Me by Ben E King is probably a reason.

That version that is on Spotify does sound better to me! It sounds mixed better to me as well.

So how many songs did they show? Just Stand By Me and Once? No, it was a full hour -- Hello, RnR Star, Morning Glory, Wall of Glass, Halo, Paper Crown, Stand By Me, Greedy Soul, The River, Once, Supersonic, Acquiesce, Wonderwall (didn't write them down, did I forget any?) Any idea how to watch it in the US?

Rock n Roll star is a cringeworthy cheesy song. Completely saved by a great delivery by Liam. Get someone else to deliver that song and it’ll be as cringeworthy as it gets. Really not a great song in its own right.

What was Noel thinking with the studio version of Record Machine. Had years to finish it up, and the final version is by far the worse version that exists. Just out of interest what makes you think this? It's always been my favourite song on NGHFB and I think the production is brilliant (except perhaps the choir which I do dislike on that album and SOTSOG). But I still can't really fault the arrangement. Despite this, I much prefer the rawness of the demo on Faster Than The Speed Of Magic. I just really think everything about the production of the final version of the song makes it weaker. The choir is unnecessary, the instrumentation doesn't fit as well as the demo version does, the vocals are worse, and he for some reason removed the bassline. The DBTT era production style isn't my favorite, but in my opinion it fit this song perfectly. The bland, overproduction of the NGHFB-album era just detracts everything I liked from the song. It also does this (to a lesser extent because the song isn't as good) to Stop the Clocks.

They were supposed to have a televised live performance, and do one of the late night shows for DOYS, but that ended after Noel was attacked on stage in Toronto. He mentions that in his lawsuit against the guy who attacked him, I believe.

Wasn’t really “in” Oasis either I guess! Jeez, I forgot that, Starkey too - they were never 'official' members. Notice the fact no drummer is in any promo shots from 05 onwards. They asked him to be official right before he left, if I'm not mistaken.

Him talking about In The Heat of the moment made me lol. Clearly it's those nananas. I hope one day he revisits it and removes them. It's a banger of a song. There's a fan edit without it that I have, but apparently isn't on youtube any more. It's such a more enjoyable song without them.

I have no idea if this has already been asked so apologies if this is a bit of a pointless thread but anyway - during a scene in Supersonic there's a really nice instrumental version of Talk Tonight that sounds pretty different from the final version, does anyone know if the full thing is publicly available or was it just a rarity they managed to get the chance to use specifically for the film? Pretty sure whoever scored the film made that instrumental piece.

Listening right now to a 2015 Tokyo gig and I have to say, this must be one of the best setlist he's put together in the High Flying Birds. 01.Intro 02.Do the Damage 03.(Stranded On) The Wrong Beach 04.Everybody's on the Run 05.Fade Away 06.In the Heat of the Moment 07.Lock All the Doors 08.Riverman 09.The Death of You and Me 10.You Know We Can't Go Back 11.Champagne Supernova 12.Ballad of the Mighty I 13.Dream On 14.The Dying of the Light 15.The Mexican 16.AKA... Broken Arrow 17.Digsy's Dinner 18.Don't Look Back in Anger 19.Encore: 20.If I Had a Gun... 21.AKA... What a Life! 22.The Masterplan It doesn't get any better than opening up with Holy Mountain followed by Keep On Reaching but Do the Damage and Wrong Beach is the second best thing. 5 Oasis songs but 3 of them are quite unique and different reinditions as well. It does get better than opening with Holy Mountain. By not playing Holy Mountain haha.

You people are crazy. Nice song to listen to, but the plurality opinion being a 10? Ridiculous! It's no absolute classic. To be clear, I'm glad we got this song, and it is much better than what Noel's been doing mostly the last couple years.
