That looks a lot better than the last thing I had to look up to figure out what it was... Blue Waffle Roast beef, lettuce, tomato, horseradish sandwich.

Just watched it. Recognized a few people in this. It really doesn't deviate at all from original, cuz it's a great song. Pieced together like all recent vids. Seen better. It's a damn charity, supposed to give you feels for these kids. Noel is throwing a trinket in as well? I'm not offended.

Good song with loads of potential but poor chorus. Sounds unfinished. This is one that Liam could have worked on with Kurstin and co in fact.
Still, in its original form, it should have replaced one of the shite Gem/Andy efforts. Agreed. He could have deployed his army earlier? Original thought. That could have changed the power balance. Another what if...?

I once worked with a guy who said "Wonderwall, I loathe that song". I hope he is the last Rolling Stone Mag subscriber Sure, there's dozens of tunes I like better. One billion plays C'mon you know.

You're kidding right? Pretty sure I'm the only one who likes that song. Hey matt , he teed it up for ya. Give us the long ball Different...but thats what makes the world go round aint it. Plenty of people Ive spoken to hate some others I like....especially on DBTT if im honest. Things like LTBL, LLAB and POTQ. I agree. Different strokes... as they say. I try out lots of different stuff on recommendation from this board. I've been surprised at times by liking something that maybe isn't really in my wheelhouse

Unfortunately, this has greater reaching effects. Take business as an example. We have fast food places like Burger King considering getting rid of the indoor restaurant entirely and replacing human orderers with kiosks and mobile ordering, emphasizing delivery. Many businesses are getting rid of offices entirely in favor of work from home models, as it can be cheaper to not have to pay for a space and the maintenance and whatnot that comes with it. Then of course, the businesses that shut down and don't return. It's definitely changing the world we are used to interact with. Some might say for the better in many of these cases, but it's especially harmful for jobs overall, as it inches us closer to automation. Automation will come no matter what and it’s a good thing. So what we have to do is find a way to benefit the most from it, reduce working hours and give everybody a universal basic income. Create new jobs that’s beneficial to the community like in the healthcare system. I work from home for over 4 months now and it’s absolutely beautiful, I’m more productive than before. We could all have a pretty optimistic outlook into the future if there was more awareness to what we are able to accomplish in the near future. I want some UBI, I'm tired of working like a dog for 40 years to be successful On topic - Noel, wear a mask, ya douchebag

Possibly A Bell Will Ring? I dont rate it much at all, but it doesn't seem to get the hate that many other LAG songs get.And of the older songs maybe The Swamp Song. I always felt the two excerpts on Morning Glory were enough, and there were plenty of B-sides that could have made TM in its place. You're kidding right? Pretty sure I'm the only one who likes that song. Hey matt , he teed it up for ya. Give us the long ball

David Bowie - I'm Only Dancing (The Soul Tour '74) What's the audio quality of the gig like? I'm thinking about gettin it for the mrs Sound quality is great. Dave's voice a little worn here and there though. Still well worth it.

I listened to Elton Johns show on Apple Music recently and he was hands down one of the best DJs I’ve ever listened to. His love of music is second to none - ranging from genre to genre, mainstream hits to obscure bands, he had it all covered. And he’s sincere, he talks about each band or artist before he plays them with such enthusiasm. I’m not a listener of his music myself, but no surprise he’s so revered as a songwriter as his passion for music is so obvious and infectious. Well said. Those first 11 albums 1969-1976 all have lots of tasty tunes. It's really hard to overstate how massive he was, and with good reason.

Quick question: how can what has been listed in this thread be considered cult songs? Like all of them are really popular songs that everyone knows. I took it to mean songs you're supposed to like (cuz everyone else does) but don't. Solid vote here for Queen-We Are The Champions

4.5 Can't call em the best live band but certainly up there for the emotional ride. Had Morning Glory around the beginning of 1998. Really liked it. Every time they came around, I always was out of town, up north boating, or had something going on. So I obviously missed the heyday. Ended up getting a used copy of FTM in 2001 and practically wore it out. Started getting the rest of the catalog and said come hell or high water, next time I'm in. Finally made it, Aug 2002. Thought they were quite amazing, but I believe what really got me was the crowd reaction, singalongs, camaraderie and the fact it felt like the balcony was going to collapse from the stomping and hell raising. I had been to some lively gigs, but... mind blown. Since then, kinda like a drug I can't do without
