Oh wow. 1.5 years... I actually misread it saying July 12th since it was in Dutch, didn't really expect 2020.

Fucking hell. Wonder what that schedule means... Maybe longer on the album again? Glastonbury one off appearence next year with the album out in the autumn and then big touring in 2020? I hope not but then again we've not seen a sign of AS IT WAS yet for Christmas.

Earliest his album will be out is next autumn IMO. Few festival dates before hand maybe.
Given the date has been rescheduled for 2020, that would make the most sense.

I don't think that's gonna happen. They'd be missing a trick if they did that. People are going to buy LG2 anyway. As It Was should be a standalone DVD / BluRay / cinema release. 2 DVD edition with the documentary on disc 1 and full Finsbury + LCCC composite gig on the second. Something along the lines of what they did with Lord Don't Slow Me Down. That would make the most sense.

This looks like they'll follow the same formula as last time. Single/Summer Festival tour in 2019 with the album out in Sept/October 2019 with European dates in early 2020.

Seems really surprising to me that they would book a gig so early, especially in an arena, when they don't even know how the next album will be received critically & commercially. At first I thought it was a typo & they actually meant February 2019. Big gigs announced these days by other artists are scheduled in summer 2019, no one is announcing dates for 2020 yet. We'll see if other dates are announced for Liam's next tour.

People still can require for refund, but I'll keep my tickets as I'm going to see Liam again anyway (if I won't forget...). Liam's Amsterdam gig last March was sold out (AFAS Live with capacity of 5500), so the tour promotor took a challenge. It's the biggest indoor arena in The Netherlands.

As far as I know this hasn't been announced by liams management has it? It's just the venue passing on the rescheduled dates. I imagine if this wasn't a rollover from the last tour then we wouldn't have heard about it until late next year. In that sense it's not a controlled release of information by the artist which is why it seems so unusual.

It hasn't been announced by Liam nor can you buy tickets for the rescheduled date. Therefore you'd think they'd announce this and the other rescheduled dates before or just after the album announcement. I think it will be all the same venues on the original list that was due to be taking place now.

Liam might be on the bill of the Eurockéennes de Belfort (France) in July 2019: I signed up to be notified whenever Liam gigs are scheduled in France & I just received an e-mail saying he'd be playing at the Eurockéennes next summer although the official bill of the festival is yet to be unveiled.
Edit: the bill should be announced in 2 hours.

So, the Munich concert is now officially cancelled. What a bummer! No European tour then or at least no dates in Southern Germany?! Don't tell me more than one year in advance it was not possible to find a suitable date around the other European ersatz dates! Or maybe too many people had already returned their tickets to make it easier to announce a totally new one?
Anyway, that IS a disappointment, it meant a lot to me to know that sooner or later I'd get to see him again.
Oh, well, come to Vienna, and all is forgiven then.

Oh, well, come to Vienna, and all is forgiven then. Sorry if this had already been asked, but I haven’t been here in a while, did Liam say anything about the dates of the european tour that were postponed in autumn? Do we have any idea when he will do them? I'm still waiting for Munich... I almost fear they forgot about us! Safe to assume they’ll be early Feb to coincide with the rescheduled Amsterdam gig. Well if it was that obvious you'd think they'd had announced it by now. How many dates are up in the air still? I guess announcing a tour needs to come with all the promo, not sure how many are outstanding but they’ll be merged into one new Euro tour, possibly with venue changes. Still this☝️
