The Ulsterisation of Scotland. If the Scottish Tories prop up a Tory majority or minority government it's a total disgrace. England isn't as right wing as the SNP wants you to believe. Exactly - the Tories have gained one seat so far. In Scotland. SNP feed off anti-Tory propaganda, now that Corbyn is throwing a huge fuck off spanner in the works and now that he is the social justice lynchpin of British politics, they're another party that's going to be between a rock and a hard place. Thing is, I believe Corbyn is undoubtedly sincere about his positions and will have ownership on this now. The SNP have tartan Tories like Alex Salmond who wanted to turn us into a corporate tax haven, the bawbag he is. Angus Robertson out, more Tory MPs in Scotland, Glasgow North East going to Labour, the SNP is being almost destroyed. So sad the Scottish Tory MPs will perhaps get May over the line.

The sad thing is I think if Scotland knew Labour could've got a majority it would've mostly voted a Corbyn Labour. But fuck, Tories gaining in Scotland is shameful. Exactly this. As I said, the SNP are a useless sideshow in Westminster. What a waste of votes that could and should have gone to Labour. The Ulsterisation of Scotland. If the Scottish Tories prop up a Tory majority or minority government it's a total disgrace. England isn't as right wing as the SNP wants you to believe.

The Tories could be out of government at this rate. PS, well done London, looking like kicking the Tories out. Great city. Fuck the Tories and fuck Brexit.

Amber Rudd in trouble, her seat was 41st on Labours hit list. Seems like it'll be a seat by seat night? Alex Salmond looks to be in trouble! :-0

That exit poll has went wrong somewhere. Tories are going to end up with a majority, shows in the initial results.

I just can't believe this, cant see this as real. Dear God, if there's only a few % out in Labours direction in the exit poll then the Tories are out. Think the Tories will end up with a majority though.

Why not Labour? They're politically Left of Centre again, as they always should've been, and Corbyn's shown he's not completely useless. In fact, to me, he's looked rather good - and a hell of a lot better than anyone the Tories' have fielded. I mean, look at this:
An actual human being who visibly cares for - and has a rapport with - other human beings. How long have we waited to see that in a Labour politician? I'm fully behind them as they are. I hope, even if they get mauled here, Corbyn stays on as leader and they continue in this vein for 2022. There will come a point where the Tories have fucked over simply too many people for it to be ignored any longer. Police officers, firefighters, teachers, nurses and doctors, disabled people, young people, old people... You can't pull that kinda shit with EVERY SINGLE social grouping and expect to still win majorities. Not when there's a generation of voters coming through who are not taken in by print media as generations before were. I can probably answer that for Batfink. If I lived in England, I'd most likely be voting Labour, however the Scottish Labour party are a joke at the moment. All they (and their Tory mates) can talk about is Indyref2 and their opposition to it. Yep. Sadly I think when the exit polls get releases tonight it'll be a big Tory majority. Not got much hope at all, hope I'm wrong though.

Ah yes, the crazy bastards that gave us Brexit. There's literally no party I want to vote for just now but I certainly won't be voting Tory.

Surely he'll have some sort of new single for the U2 gigs? It's a big audience to have nothing new for.

Young people really need to get out and vote at this election, apparently that's where differences in the polls is coming from, You Gov is over estimating the young vote whereas ICM is playing it down. The best Labour can hope for is a hung parliament I think which would be great as it would stop crazy May and her Brexit suicide mission.

Not sure what you mean but as it's been the song symbolising the last 2 weeks suppose it could've been? Noel probs saw as re entered chart only 66 etc been loads and loads of press about the song being sung by crowds in manc? So yeah I'd guess a lot of people would've excepted this to by huge tonight! Guess arguably chris Martin and Ariana 'duetting' it leads to this situ for people outside the uk? But guess as this was for manc been nice to see Noel acknowledge its importance to the city of Manchester I had no idea what's been going on with DLBIA with it being tied to the terrorist attack. I didn't hear that myself. I apologize for being ignorant on that regard. I just thought you meant it was played at the show, it was massive and Noel should have sung it. That's all. Didn't know the rest. When people were laying flowers and wreaths the day or so after the attack, the crowd spontaneously starting singing DLBIA and it became a news story and it reentered the charts etc.

I cried when Liam came on!! I sat through hours of awful music including Grande singing off key and whatever it is the Biebs was doing, and the awful dancing and outfits and Katy Perry and watching Chris "Geography Teacher" Martin singing DLBIA just for a slight chance that I would catch Liam singing!! And he came through!! And I shed some tears. I've loved Liam since 1994 and I'm so proud that amongst all those little teenyboppers he came on stage and brought the damn house down!!! LIVE FOREVER LIAM!!!! The whole thing was great, don't be a dick.
