Has anyone herd anything definate about weather the choir is doing the coming shows, I know we've all been expecting themk too, but as far as I'm aware we herd nothing since the night of the Electric Proms, I'm just hoping that it wasn't a spur of the moment thing that has long since been disguarded

I think its On the Album: Take my Soul off the ground Like a million more don't hang me down
When sang live: Lay my Soul upon the ground Like a million more that hang/had me down

I would bear in mind Songbird, AGN and MOS all put together I think would still be shorter than Gas Panic so I think its unlike they'll drop all three and I think Liam would be none to happy if they dropped 3 of his four songs in the set especially Songbird.

Posted by crashininuponawav on Today at 2:35pm Theyve rehearsed the turning so hopefully.... Yes but it will be the Alt. version sung by Noel...no chance for a proper version like it's on the album... If they're doing the version they've been doing in the soundcheck Liam will be sing it because if Noel was going to sing it he would sang on the soundchecks like he did with Waiting for the Rapture and also there was a guitar solo over the last chorus which was (in my opinion) one of Noel's and it would be unusual for him to be sing and doing a guitar solo at the same time.

Noel said in a previous interview they they were rehearsing Bag it up, the turning, half the world away and my big mouth for the UK gigs which sounds good but hopefully the don't drop to many of the songs already in the set.
I expect they will have to rehash the setlist because obviously some of the set will be played in daylight which will affect the lighting for the shows.

I liked it, although I must admit it did paint a very depressing light on the song
"I tried to talk with God to no avail" God = Noel & Liam enough said

from what I can tell he's done it about three different ways
1. Take my soul off the ground Like a million more, don't bring me down (Album version)
2. lay my soul on the ground Like a million more, that hang down (Alternative version, Rehearsal gig)
3. lay my soul on the ground Like a million more, that hangs me down (Cologne, Copenhagen and Paris gigs and some others)

I think I've finally cracked these last few lines after listening to lastnights Standing on The Edge Of Noise
what Noel sang then was:
You can lay my soul on the ground Like a million more that hang dowwwnnn!

Noel wouldn't be happy if he walk off / didn't show up, especially with a live broadcast

not sure what form Liam will be on, he's been on the money every night since wembley from what I've herd.
As for The Turning it would be great if they played it, although if they then went to Belfast and played the same old setlist again, it would be like My Big Mouth allover again!!!!!!!
Other predictions, I think they soundchecked High Horse when they did that rolling stones track in Birmingham so its possible that one might crop up.
