I've heard both tracks on both singles. Plus Freaky Teeth (live obviously, and the demo on the Faster than the Speed of Magic bonus CD).

A Tuesday is a weird release day... Hopefully 13th is not just a typo by the Amazon work experience boy... If I'm right in saying the the date came from Amazon.com, so from that I would guess that's the American release date. Singles, Albums and DVDs tend to be release on a Tuesday in America. In the it's normally a Monday, or even a Sunday for a digital download.

The Liam sung version (or full band) of whatever went far too soon. Towards the end of Oasis with Noel's shifting back to playing the likes of Wonderwall semi-acoustic, I was hoping that might have come back. Something similar to what we got at TCT 2010. Also Like so many others I wish they'd played the Turning and hearing the soundtrack There is a bit of a soundcheck in which they play The Turning on Youtube. It's without any vocals though. Yeah those Soundcheck versions are great, I particularly like the Hong Kong one where you hear the guitar solo better. Thats kind of what I was trying to get at, without Liam's vocals it seems incomplete.

Andy did the finger picking bit at the end of the Turning, from what I can remember. I think it was said so on the Dig Out Your Soul DVD.

I think It was played up until sometime in the European tour in November 2002
Anyway it was played at this gig in Tokyo at the end of September. Probably the last pro shot footage I guess...
About 1 hour 22 minutes in.

Why because he's releasing a song that you've heard which you weren't supposed to? If that disappoints you then it's entirely your own fault. Sorry. What fan hasn't heard it? You'd have to be living under a rock or not very much interested in Noel's music to have not heard it by now. Would you prefer a song that's already been making it's way around the internet for years now, or brand new material for a single? I might be crazy in saying this, but generally I think most would choose the latter. I haven't heard it. Just saying ...

If I was to hazard a guess.
2019, ten years since they split up, 25 year since Definitely Maybe was released.
