Well, i gotta say i only knew their singles and never really dug into their discography... But fuck me, what a band.

The first three records are absolutely fantastic. melodically they are unbeatable, with some great 90s production mixed with 60s madness, but no cliché and some very interesting sounds. The production is just... wow.

The last two or three records are a bit more mainstream, but still ok I guess, but it feels like they lost their edge to try and get the listeners back.

Its too bad this band is only known for Lovefool and My Favorite Game although those are great songs. They have so many good tunes.

My very first encounter with them bar Lovefool, is "Deuce" on the X Files soundtrack released in 1999. I always loved that song, it just took me 26 years to listen to their records P-)

They deserved more, clearly. The 90s had so many great female fronted band, where did those go...
