You'd be surprised at the number of bands who run a click track throughout an entire show. It's been commonplace for a long time. It's not a pro or con necessarily, it's just another tool. I don't believe Alan used it, I think he just had the drum loops for those songs like Gas Panic etc cranked to high hell in his monitors (though there may have bene a time he was on in-ears I'm not aware of). I don't think Zak is playing to a click here as he doesn't have in-ear monitors on, but he may have a metronome under his hi-hat (hard to tell what that is) and if there's a light, he could be using that as a guide, and that would be a preference thing over using in-ears. Sharrock used in-ears during his Oasis tour I believe, so I wouldn't doubt he was using a click. The click track can be helpful especially on any songs with timed delay or timed guitar effects. He's certainly been using one with NGHFB, he's got the Roland SPD-SX trigger pad next to his kit which he'll use to start and stop each song's click track and any backing elements. A lot of bands will set click track tempo to the recorded song tempo, which can definitely drag in a live setting because you're expecting a bit more energy and and speed naturally. That’s not what he meant. When you’re in a band, without a clicktrack (via in ears) you tend to play faster at the end of a song, that’s a natural thing. From 2000 Oasis started to use drum loops (Go Let It Out, Who Feels Love, Gas Panic, The Hindu Times, Force of Nature) which Alan probably didn’t like, so he left/go fired, I don’t know. Would a drummer play a whole gig with a click ? I dont know, it feels kinda annoying. As a guitarist, its annoying enough when you record a song. Id rather have a basic drum beat and then replace it with real drums. They didnt have in ear in the 00s, so probably just loops in the monitors ? By DBTT it started to feel a bit more robotic, so maybe that's when they wildy used something to regulate; Noel also became obsessed with his guitar tuning, i remember during his solo gigs, he spent sooo much time tuning it inbetween songs. Here, Zack clearly looks at a tempo thingy, maybe a bit with a light

Andy, Gem, Bonehead and a completely new member I'm hearing. Don't shoot the messenger.

That's what we will be if Sardy or Noel produces it.

Don't search the Google for: new oasis lineup as you will get the unexpected drummer hint: Paul Gallagher is expected to be playing the empty ice cream box filled with gravel and the spoons. Reddit confirmed

Would be very surprised at them getting another drummer as they have 3 very good possible options available Unless it's a matter of not being unfair to anyone (which I don't really expect from the Gallaghers, but who knows) and so they don't wanna pick

They aren't having Zak like the Sun reported though.

What if a supposed "new drummer" is the guy who played Liam's summer concerts in 2023? Too young?

There is no way it will be a new drummer.
Zak keeps posting Oasis stuff on his Instagram so my gut is it's him.

Imagine us slowly realising Noel has lost it as we find out Tony McCaroll is coming back for the reunion.

There is no way it will be a new drummer. Zak keeps posting Oasis stuff on his Instagram so my gut is it's him. He keeps posting videos with oasis. And his instagram account is followed by Debbie, Lennon, Andy, Bonehead, Charlie Lightning... He recorded two albums with them and only leaving the band because he couldn´t combine touring with the who and oasis in 2008-2009. Now he´s free. No gigs on the horizon. Ready to pick the oasis train

Andy will wear flip flops to avoid an awkward moment in the dressing room or on stage.

I'm a very patient person, but we need some news soon. Agree. I was one of those who said right in the beginning that they wouldn't give us all at once and that they're going to drip feed content and all that, but now it's been a while and they still haven't really given fans new content. All we get from the official account is them denying gig rumours. Why is that so important to them that they keep making official statements about these rumours (Glastonbury, Knebworth)? Do they want to make sure everyone tries for the announced gigs and no one "waits" for these rumoured shows? Anyway, it would be nice to do something cool for the fans instead of just making statements about concert rumours. At least we heard a bit from Liam via his Twitter by now, but the "official campaign" could be a lot better. Or could it be they're waiting for Liam to play his last shows later this month until we get the cool stuff (videos, interviews with both brothers, band line up)?

How many times have Oasis played Wembley in their career so far? Twice at the old Wembley, 3 times at the new Wembley
