There was no motivation for him to back to Oasis after 1 years, 3 years or 5 years. Circumstances have changed lately due to his divorce on a personal and financial level. How much it is to do with either one of those we don't know. I get that, but if money is the ONLY factor there's no reason for him to have waited so long Its the perfect Time : 94/95 30th anniversary, MG reissue coming up, DM just out to boost sales, complete back catalogue rights in 2025, And people in need of old Models in a Time of crisis. And on a personal level : songwriting declining, NGHFB declining, Liam more popular than ever, divorce, half of his’money gone (or more ?),. Its just perfect for Noel right now

It's Crazy how the things change so quickly. One month ago we discussed on the genuine operation about the 30 anniversary and now Oasis are on the mouth of the world. Unbelievable

Why do you think they are touring? Because they want to make a fortune! The whole tour is just about money. How many weeks ago was the photo shoot and how many times have they been seen together since? Things are obviously a little better between them but money is what is driving all this.Liam was charging £80 for an hour with John Squire. Which he came out and explained that it because of short notice and the venues available to them? Oh let's face it, it was a complete rip off. They were academies, and the set was an hour. Just like it's a rip off what's happened with the dynamic pricing. It shouldn't be allowed and artists (and their management) do have the chance to not sign off on it. Do I think Noel and Liam pondered over the contract and purposefully ticked the box that said it was to be allowed? Absolutely not. But still, they could have said no, and didn't. I say this as someone lucky enough to have got through and paid face value (which is still too much, but such is life). I caveat the above with something is worth whatever is willing to pay for it, but I can understand why it leaves a sour taste.

I had no interest in this project it all felt weird to me.. but anyways looking from afar it was 100% said album and a cover so people got what they paid for.

Tiny venues for people who wanted to see Liam or squire in a tiny venue I guess would defo be worth it for them to pay that price ?

Just Another Rainbow was this year. That’s wild. As was Noel and Matt Morgan mercilessly making fun of it. And somehow we got here.

The point I was making was that there was an explanation given that made sense.I think Liam said it wouldn't be as high, relative to the setlist length next time around. So far we've heard nothing

I'm starting to believe that a new album will be recorded starting in November
Noel said on Matt Morgan that he's basically traveling to France/Spain/Greece and LA over the next several weeks. Which basically lands him back in England by November.
Liam said on Twitter that he is recording in November.
It all lines up imo. They will release a new album or at the very least a stand alone single.

Cancel all tickets. Have a redo. Simples. There will be riots in the streets if that happens plus over a million people have made plans, exchanged money with friends, booked accomodation, flights etc. There needs to be more dates announced. Start with America then add more European Arenas Nov / Dec 2025 / Jan or Feb 2026. The key thing in Europe is if they get it right, you could feasible see thousands of Brits travelling to European gigs. Id even go so far as to offer travel packages with tickets. Coach trips to Munich, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam would be carnage from the UK.

Amazon gonna do a documentary about the tour/rehearsals/BTS stuff + very likely they also broadcast/record a show for Prime. Nobody involved is messin with this and having Live Nation completely behind that... only big players and business.
If the guys get it together for this tour it could get them a legit big push in terms of status/legacy outside the UK. Better keep that in mind if some of this is 'really' for the fans(aswell).

If that happens, and they do it properly, it would be very cool if this whole effort finally makes them a mainstream name proper, the effects of the supersonic documentary was pretty far reaching enough all over :^) (Big RIP even more to Ticket prices tho) Also happy 1 week since the announcement

Assuming that no UK/Ireland dates are added, I think that they should reverse course and televise the first concert in Cardiff live on YouTube (or some comparable platform) as a way to make it up to disloyal fans. Did you not read Noel’s haiku? I did. That’s why I wrote “reverse course,” as in, forgo the plan to not televise it in favor of televising it.

I imagine Noel has demos completed that just need to be re-tracked with Liam's vocals and bit more Oasis-like instrumentation. Easy and they're likely nearly done. Noel's probably been re-tracking some guitars at the studio the last week, Liam comes in to do his vocals in November, send it to mix and master and it's released by next summer.
