been here long time like thank everyone for what done...
I have question after hearing 1994 demo from soundcheck and 1996/1997 outtake with noel and Demos from Mustique Demo but i listen to the Mustique Demo there solo that ended up on albums there but on studio outtake it is not so would this mean it was recorded the session before May 1996 when Mustique Demo done ?
1. 1994 Soundcheck 2. Mustique Demo 1996 ? 3. Studio outtake 1996/1997 ?
should 2-3 be flipped ?
also what best live version with Noel if there is any as Liam had issue voice a lot 1997
i hope this you under what typed have learning disaabley my spellings bad

Good thinking, exploring the evolution of this one. I do t habd the 7” vinyl on me but were the SBM and Going Nowhere acoustic takes from Mark Coyle’s or the Nagoya Soundcheck like the other acoustic demos from the MG 3CD reissue?
I think the studio version you are referring to is a rough quality, grainy sounding track isn’t it? Like it’s played over a phone and recorded?
As for best version, I know it’s not vintage but the recent NGHFB takes of SBM have been among his best of the song, in my opinion. Like this one:

Like this one: Yes I have 1994 Tokyo soundcheck version it so cool The 1994 Demo has "No-Body Knows The Way its Gonna Be"" Also the outtake he says "Lord Only Knows Way its Gonna Be" Mustique Demo its close or like album "No-Body Knows The Way its Gonna Be" [took off words from boxset] So did he forget the words or trying out new words ? As I said the Solo NOT on the outtake but IS on the Mustique Demo... Wow nice version thank you I am Noel fan so thank you What you think best version SBM vintage with Noel on vocals as Liam having issue vocal then and i was told Electric version there one from 2000s ? I wish there someone knew how fix audio that clean up the studio outtake with drop outs from left to right besides that I love it!!

I always used to say this should have been one that stayed in the setllst for Oasis. I am glad it's had the strange renaissance after the Halifax advert.
I do wonder how much that was down to Liam bringing it back too. Must have been someone who heard it at a gig and had the idea. Liam inadvertently finding Noel again.

I think the electric full band version from the 00s is from Fukuoka Marine Messe, fairly early on in the SOTSOG tour. Liam’s voice went after a four songs I think and Noel took over, doing SMC, WDIAGW and even Gas Panic. Definitely a gig to hear.

I think I understand what you're getting at - you're trying to figure out the order of the demos and outtakes, and wondering if the studio outtake from 1996/1997 should be swapped with the Mustique Demo from 1996.
