Just about ready for them to stop going on about 2021's vision being better than 2020's. Everyone's year in review is going to be something else.

I easily feel cold but somehow never in my life that's been a problem while trying to sleep. Usually it's the opposite... A blanket is always enough to stay warm even if it's cold in the room.I've also slept outside without a tent in a sleeping bag while it was minus degrees celsius (and snowing but we made this cover from spruce branches) and the sleeping bag just kept me so warm! This. Wrapped myself in one on a cold evening once watching the TV as I was tight arsed about putting on the heating. Couldn't believe it, thought it was a revelation how very warm and comfortable it was. Don't know why nobody else has 'cottoned' on - fuck the energy companies, buy a blanket! While I agree with you about energy companies and the big six are definitely rip off merchants (and I'm not with any of them). I've changed my energy supplier twice now to smaller ones on U Switch which is very easy and quick to use. There's plenty of better deals on there and there's no way I would use one of the big six again.

I think that animals are really amazing creatures because they've got to find food, look out for predators and now they've got to deal with climate change and habitat loss. It just makes me angry taking away an animal's habitat. And, deforestation is just absolutely disgusting.

I missed going to gigs past 8 months so much, but tonight Weller gave it to me back. I feel happiness and warmness inside me.
Music is power.
Stay safe everyone. We all will go through this.

Trump gone, Covid vaccine breakthrough, Dominic Cummings gone AND Scotland qualify for the Euros. Not a bad week at all! That idiot Domminic Cummings should have been sacked from the Government earlier on this year for breaking lockdown rules during the first lockdown. But our idiot PM let him carry on in his Government. Absolutely disgusting.

I'll always be here to help animals no matter what we're going through. We've all had an awful year with Covid but I've still carried on helping animals and wildlife whether it's donating to wildlife organisations or signing animal petitions. Sadly animals are always going to need our help.

Lately, I’ve been finding it difficult to remember what year we’re in, never mind the actual day of the week.
Then reality hits.

Do you ever wonder what humanity did before Social Media, YouTube, and Pokémon Go?
A lot more than we do now.

5 years ago I nearly lost my sister who lived through the Paris 2015 terror attack. It is a reminder that we may not live forever. To the idiot Daesh, my sister's will is bigger than yours

Sadly I haven't seen any lovely wildlife today. Mind you, I think that all the birds have been sheltering from the rain and wind.

This may be the saddest saturday nights in months 22 pm curfew, home alone and not even the football's on (well, Nations League is but that's useless)
Can't wait for this whole mess to be over

I was 95% sure my friend experieced a psychosis... but it turns out he was just sleep walking?
He started talking about some electric wires needing to be replaced inside the thick wall and then locked himself in the bathroom while making some occasional loud obscure noises. He never responded to anything we told him and just ignored everything.
Not a nice situation to be in when the house is full of heavy drugs use and you always know there's a chance to destroy your psyche eventually.

Remembering every username and password combination is the contemporary version of memorizing people’s names with the corresponding phone numbers. But exponentially worse.

we have an invasion of some kind of bird that sings during all kind of hours. It's 2, 3, 4 am and those fuckers are there. and once I'm awake and I hear them I can't fall back asleep. I hate this time of the year

Birds are lovely creatures and it would be awful and so quiet with out them. Sadly though like so much of our wildlife a lot of birds are in decline now. I never thought that even starlings would be in serious decline now as they were a common bird once. But now you hardly see them.

yeah, birds are lovely. I just wish they would shut up at 3am
and in fact, I think this plague we have are sterlings, so definitely not on the decline at all. I guess they all moved down here
