In the studio, it's a dead heat for me. In concert, it's not close. Those opening chords get me every time.
Morning Glory FTW.

To me, it’s MG for both, studio and live. As amazing as C&A is, MG is on another level I feel. Plus that it works so well as a solo acoustic is a real bonus.

C&A has a great riff, but the energy of Morning Glory always gets me. I like the faster pace of it and the darker feel.

Cigarettes & Alcohol is one of my favourite songs ever written, not overly fussed about MG these days.

Both are classic songs and massive live favorites. It's a difficult choice but I'd have to choose Morning Glory. It also works well acoustically.

There is no other oasis song that gets the crowd more hyped up than these two

Both are obviously great, for different reasons.
Cigs and alcohol is raw, carefree and with a "yeah, we stole the intro from a very famous song" attitude.
But Morning Glory is bigger and wider. It's probably a better song and works flawlessly in acoustic form. So I went for MG!

I must say that for Cigs and Alcohol, the Whole Lotta Love instrumental part was a great addition at the gigs.

Morning Glory hits different live. This is the era when Oasis was better live than on record so MG definitely.

The ‘95-‘97 live intro to Morning Glory hits so hard. Morning Glory for me.

I must say that for Cigs and Alcohol, the Whole Lotta Love instrumental part was a great addition at the gigs. I’d say the 1998 tour versions of C&A were the best. Simply just massive.

I'm not voting as it's just too hard as I love both of them.

Morning Glory.
When Oasis were on form, they were unstoppable.

If this had been Live Forever vs Cigarettes & Alcohol it would have been an easier chose as Live Forever just edges it for me as it's my favourite Oasis single release.

Morning Glory was my first favourite Oasis song back when I first heard my older cousin listening in 95. It's consistently been top 5 since.
