Does anyone know any more information about the where did it all go wrong video? Not see anything on the internet about it In the oasis you tube page it says the release date for the video was 29th February 2000, 2000 must have been a leap year 2000 was a leap year, if it's divisible by 4 it is a leap year. edit To be a leap year, the year number must be divisible by four – except for end-of-century years, which must be divisible by 400. This means that the year 2000 was a leap year, although 1900 was not. 2024, 2028, 2032 and 2036 are all leap years.

February 29, 2000 did exist and was a Tuesday, which used to be a typical release day in the US, so that seems likely as the release date for the video. I've seen anywhere from as short as a month between music video filming date and release date, so depending on how involved the video is, they can turn them around pretty quickly. Therefore, I think it is likely that it was filmed in the UK during the January/February break between the warmup tour of the US and the rest of the SOTSOG world tour that began in Japan on February 29th (coincidentally).

I found a radio trade report from the time that actually lists the single release for US radio play as either March 27th or 28th: www.worldradiohistory.com/Archive-All-Music/Gavin-Report/00/2000/Gavin-2000-03-24.pdf. I'm not sure that they would have released the video a month ahead of the radio single, so I think that February 29th release date for the video is suspect.

Some more information about the Who Feels Love video Taken from the oasis podcast interview with director Nick Egan podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-oasis-podcast/id1224373139?i=1000501246700He states the video was filmed over 3 days in Death Valley. Liam sang the song at double speed which they slowed down in post production to give the slow motion feel. I think Coldplay may have done this trick on yellow and Fix You. The band stayed at a hotel in Furness Creek, possibly The Ranch, which had a strict no jeans dress code in the restaurant! The crew stayed at a hotel in Stovepipe Wells.

I love this album, except for Little James. I understand is Liam's first one but that's a song that should have never been more than an unheard demo. For the Oasis 2.0 I believe this is their best effort, and second, DBTT.
Fantastic and beautiful b-sides and of course, THE DEMOS. The best set of demos from Oasis, period. Also, this is my wife's favorite Oasis album. Mine, I don't know, I think DM-WTSMG and BHN are all at the same spot in my heart. I couldn't live without any of the 3 and maybe I can throw SOTSG to the list and that's why I love it as much as the others except for Little James.
In a word: I Can See A Liar. What a tune.

Another piece of info for the Where Did It All Go Wrong video/single release date in the US: Oasis played the song live on the Tonight Show on April 10th, which would make sense if it was released a week or so prior at the end of March, not the end of February. The second leg of the US portion of the SOTSOG world tour started in April 5th in Seattle, so it also makes sense that they would have dropped a new single/video in the US right before the tour in order to drum up ticket sales.

SOTSOG is the first album by the band that I bought in CD version. I loved everything about that period. First of all Liam's voice but also the haircut he wore that year. It was a perfect match. His voice on those songs was phenomenal. Even the album cover and the official videos I loved. Everything about that period has a special place in my heart. I wish Liam would have recorded tons of songs between 1999 and 2000. I loved and still love Little James too. the only one I don't like from that album is PYMIYM because it's too repetitive. I hope that one day at least one of those little concerts they did in America in 1999 will be broadcast because Liam was in one of his absolute peaks. I loved that they released Wembley 2000 first night. I get chills when I hear Liam's voice and see his long hair move in the wind.

SOTSOG era promo videos Who Feels Love Filmed in Death Valley, California believed to be sometime between 8th and 10th December 1999 Director Nick Egan Band stayed in a hotel that had a dress code, no jeans! The Oasis Timeline Project on X (Twitter) had the recorded date as 10th January 2000. But I think they must have shot the video while they were in America for the December warm up shows. There seems to be a suitable gap in the schedule between 8th and 10th December and they were in California as well. On 5th they played at The Night 89x Stole Xmas, Cobo Arena, Detroit, MI, then between 6th and 7th Noel, Gem and Mike Rowe did some Radio promo in Canada. The band didn’t play again until the 11th at KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas, The Pond; Anaheim, CA mahsteve I think that you may be on to something here. They made a habit of recording videos in between tour dates, so this date range makes more sense. The video was not released until April 17, 2000, so both time frames work, though the dates closer to the gig in Anaheim makes more sense. There is a huge gap in their schedule in January and February 2000, but knowing how much they hate making videos, there's very little chance that they would have flown all the way out to CA just to film it. I am going to update the timeline to show this one as in debate until we can find something that references the actual filming date. Just a correction to this, the WFL video was first broadcast on 19th March 2000 groups.google.com/g/alt.music.oasis/c/KoBdcqn1uIM/m/4dX7to3SDRIJ

Here is a copy of the tour itinerary for the European leg of the SOTSOG world tour May-June 2000. You can see photos of the pages inside. I imagine the plan changed a bit when Noel left the tour on 20h May following the fight with Liam in Barcelona www.ebay.co.uk/itm/304642367727

Here's another piece of the puzzle that points to a late March/early April release of Where Did It All Go Wrong? to US radio stations: The ad is from a April, 2000 radio/music industry magazine. You can see the "Video world premiered on MTV 120 minutes hosted by Liam Gallagher" under the listed radio stations, that corresponds with the posts above in this thread.

There’s been no mention of clothes in this thread yet.
Any thoughts on Liam or Noel’s clothing during this era? Always thought Gem looked the part. Liked the t-shirts he wore, the RKID001 big brother T-shirt for the Jools Holland performance and a blue Mooks Hyenas 66 t shirt a few times (GLIO TOTP, WFL video). Not seen it available on the internet.
Highlights could be : Liam’s blue denim jacket with Elvis TCB patch on the arm Light blue Wheeler End gentlemen’s club t shirt worn by Noel at the Ancienne Belgique, Belgium gig Green jacket worn by Liam on Jools Holland TV show The band wearing hats at Eurockeennes Festival; Belfort, France Noel’s blue Adidas Jacket worn in the interview in Japan The long Burberry coat worn by Liam during the performance of ICSAL on the Late Show with David Letterman The flowery shirt worn by Liam for the Rock in Rio gig Noel vintage training jacket worn for the Glasgow Green Festival, Shine On Lennon Tribute show The red leather jacket worn by Liam for the Q awards The black coat worn by Liam on the Big Breakfast Show
I would add photos but I don’t know how to

To add photos though...Step 1: Go to imgur.com/upload and choose the photo(s) you'd like Step 2: Once the photo has been uploaded, right click the photo and click " Open image in new tab" WHEN THE IMAGE LOADS IN THE NEW TAB, YOU SHOULD HAVE A LINK THAT ENDS IN .JPEG.Step 3: Back on the forum, when creating a post, click on the picture button Step 4: Once you click that, a text box will appear. Copy and paste the image link that ends in .JPEG into the FIRST text box (Image URL). Make sure you only have one http:// in the link Step 5: Hit insert image! If successful, you should have a insert of the image! I have done this method a lot for my cancelled gigs thread, live4ever.proboards.com/thread/93717/official-list-canceled-oasis-gigsFor lots of great photos, I'd recommend checking out the supernova heights forum: supernovaheights.proboards.com/board/250/standing-on-shoulder-giants
