I'm seeing Noel at birmingham this month & I was wondering if he ever comes out to greet fans after or before his soundchecks? I've heard he did it in the US but might be a different dynamic in the UK. Cheers  |

Anyone planning to try to meet him for the Wembley gig? I’m flying out from LA. What time and place should we wait to try and meet him after sound check?

Yeah, the only time I got to meet him was right after he stepped off the bus when he first arrived at the venue...we all lined up and he came down the line signing stuff. Granted this was in the U.S. and at a smallish theater many years ago, not a stadium gig.
Last go around in the States, he didn't come out before or after soundcheck (the most recent US tour at outdoor amphitheaters).

Depends on, but I think he mostly signs on stuffs when he arrives at the venue, though I met him twice after the soundcheck. Once after soundcheck and interview, then he left the venue by a car and the next time he arrived at the venue and his car got into the garage straight away. Hours later his bodyguard (nice guy) came outside to tell us that we had to stand in a queue as he would come out to signs stuff. We were told not to take pictures with him. I went to his gig last month and I did enjoy the gig, but didn't bother to meet him again. I've met many musicians through the years. Most of them were quite friendly, some of them were really nice and came as exactly what people would expect and a few were not friendly. In the end, musicians are just people just like us. They have their good days and bad days too. |

They have their good days and bad days too. fair enough! only reason im trying to meet him this time is because the venue is about 30 minutes away from my house so i dont feel bad about waiting around and missing out on the town |
