Is there any way of finding out the track lengths for each song on the remastered version? I want to be sure that they haven't been edited unlike on the original version as that's the only thing that's making me consider buying it (I'd definitely go for the green vinyl as well had I not bought the green Japanese version)

As expected and disappointed as always.
I bought all 4 Japan only limited edition coloured double vinyls - DM in ivory, MG in white, BHN in red and TMP in green last year, each of them 2000 set sold by Sony Japan. It cost me fortune, but they're so beautiful and I have no regret purchasing them.
Good good people from Oasis management, you better get some fresh idea instead of repeating same old stuff.

How hard would it have been to scrape together a bonus disc of alternative takes, live versions, etc. Seeing the recent mega box sets for Nirvana, The Who, Thin Lizzy etc really kicks you in the teeth as an Oasis fan!
It was to be expected though, it was only a b-sides album, which they didn’t even intend to release in the UK originally.
Stay strong and pray for a decent Definitely Maybe reissue next year.

I'm not buying any of the 25th anniversary additions at all. Besides I don't need the colour vinyl as I bought all four of the Japanese coloured vinyls last year. This latest stuff is yet another big let down by the Oasis management.

Another pathetic release. People need to stop buying this shite. Only way to get them to pull their finger out.

Easy cash grab. The collectors will collect. Personally I don’t need to buy this again. First time was on CD in 1998. The second time was about 10 years ago on vinyl. I’ve already got all the songs on mp3 as well. I don’t need green vinyl to be the #1 or 58th best Oasis fan.
Now if Noel ever released that b-sides/outtake’s compilation he spoke of during lockdown, now that would excite me.

I’ll buy it because i’m a proper Oasis fan. Cut me in half and I bleed Oasis.

This band could and should be doing a lot more for the legions of fans that still obsess over them (Hello!!!). They should be taking full advantage of Record Store Day. Re-release Familiar To Millions on vinyl or Stop The Clocks. Drop some historic live gigs like Maine Road, G-Mex or even MTV unplugged. They have plenty of options without having to create a new experience which they could also do if they weren’t lazy (Hi Noel).

I was with you until you suggested botching my retirement plan by re-releasing FTM on vinyl.

Everything digital still points to the original release (the second link for Amazon Music might work, but it wanted to link an account, blah blah blah, don't care enough to do that). Just one more thing they've botched on this release.

$41...lol. I love vinyl, especially colored vinyl that's as pretty as this, but we're approaching the late-90s CD pricing strategy now. $19 CD for 1 song has turned into $41 dollars for one record. Crazy.

Always so disappointing... Utterly unbelievably shite. Wow. I am shocked they think people will buy this release...as tbh...most casual listeners won't even notice a bloody bit of difference to whats been knockingaround for donkeys years. Defo will not be purchasing this blatant sad cash grab

I might have considered the T-shirt but I don’t need 25 years on the back.

I might have considered the T-shirt but I don’t need 25 years on the back. Even the t-shirt looks like a half arsed attempt and was probably designed in a couple of minutes. Why not to do something with the album cover picture for the t-shirt. It just looks poor to me now. In regards to the album release itself, I won't be buying it. I already bought it in 98.

I might have considered the T-shirt but I don’t need 25 years on the back. That was the first thing I grumpily said to my wife this morning as I was scrolling through the announcement, horrified - "They just...put the album title...and the number 25...on a shirt...in Times New Roman?? FOR HOW MUCH???"

Management reads this forum. The last few reissues have been terrible. Although we really did get spoiled with a lot of good material over the last decade.

The reason why I bought the Japanese coloured vinyls last year is because I knew that they were a limited addition and they would be a nice addition to my collection. However, I never bought the 25th anniversary addition of Be Here Now, the picture disc and the silver vinyl that is and I don't intend to.

It's hideous how bad the management and label is taking care of the Oasis archive since the very good Chasing The Sun series. We already talked a couple of times here about some Vault series of concerts etc. It's just ridiculous they didn't get something like that together to this date. Especially as it's well known that they are sitting on a lot of material that would be a great fan service.
They are probably counting the days to the next DM birthday instead of coming up with some "fresh" content for the Masterplan reissue. Yikes.
