Well I do listen to each album completely out of context. On first listen. Take it on its own terms, no history or baggage. Only after initial listen will I then do comparisons. Last Arctic Monkeys album I thought would I buy this album if I didn't know who it was and my answer was no. I did give it more of a chance than that but you get my drift. Asked myself the same question for Council Skies and got a yes. The reactors were so busy dragging around their Oasis and Liam baggage they weren't giving the album a fighting chance to stand on its own.

But I'll tell you what gives them away for having no ability to listen properly is how much they were laughing/mocking Think Of A Number lyrics and that's the most personal song on the album (apart from DTTW). They wouldn't allow themselves to hear what Noel was saying. One of the guys then cuts it RIGHT BEFORE the guitar solo to complain about how Noel has forgotten his roots, doesn't know how to rock, how he needs to get outside more and interact with humans etc. These guys are Liam's target listener. Nothing wrong with Liam's music (I love most of it) but they just want straight up no frills rock.

Noel's been a solo artist for 12 years. You don't like him, fine, but it just makes no sense to complain cause it's not Oasis, it's not supposed to be

Why do you people care what these 2 nobodies think about your favourite band. Just because they film themself doesnt make ‘m special. Any idiot can do this. Why watch this nonsense. Ita all fake ass shit catered to a special audience. They know exactly what makes fans rage or what makes m feel special. All about the thumbs ups and views to sell adds. I've watched these guys for a good while.
To be fair they are newbies when it comes to Oasis.
Seems to me like they are (or were) caught up in the magic and are feeling slightly let down by both brothers solo efforts, that's what I make of it anyway
