Felt great going to my local independent music store (used CD's forever!!) & buying the deluxe & regular CD versions today.
Curious how everyone else procures their tunes these days? Been buying release day albums since Be Here Now...makes me feel like a kid.

It’s a far more satisfying experience than ordering something by post. I only do that if I have to. |

from the noel gallagher website and it even arrived today just bought the cd deluxe and downloaded it from one of the many places it cropped up yesterday

Ordered the deluxe CD and blue vinyl from Amazon. The CD showed up - but no vinyl until July. Tweeted the local record store, but they didn't have it in stock. Ordered the black vinyl from Walmart, which will be here on Tuesday. Hopefully.

Amazon being SHIT on pre-orders as usual.
I've pre-ordered the blue vinyl in January as soon as it was available. It still hasn't been shipped, order page says it will come on Tuesday. And to make things worse... if I try to buy another copy it says I will get it tomorrow. WTF.

Qobuz. FLAC quality of the deluxe version. I'd still love to have and grow my physical CD collection too, but due to different reasons it's all digital these days. Someday, if I win the lottery...

My local record shop as always.
I stopped pre-order a new album from the official store as it never arrives on a release day and don’t want to pay custom fee since Brexit.
Nothing beats than picking album on the release day from the local record shop, straight back to home, sit and listening to it on my own while reading inner sleeve.
My precious moments 😎

I wish I had a record store around here but there isn't one, plenty of poundland style stores, vape shops and fast food restaurants though. I love the idea of turning up to a record store on release day, buying it and traveling home with it in anticipation but the last one around here closed down in about 2010, I did that with DOYS though in 2008 and it was great.
So i bought it on Amazon and it came yesterday. I don't like using the official stores in case there's a problem. I know with amazon that it'll either arrive or i'll get a refund. I just like to know I own it but to be honest I haven't bothered to play the CD yet and and I'm still using the early leak on my PC and Spotify on my phone.
