I've just had a quick look and the Oasis one may be a nice item to have for the collection but it's a bit too expensive for my liking.

I don't use Discogs to be honest.

Yeah, I remember when it was released, which is why I was curious about how much it cost nowadays. Was thinking it was going to be at most $300.
It's not a really impressive list. It's mostly people missing out on boxsets from this last decade and having to buy them from people who just want to make money.

I have a few of Oasis's boxed sets but for some reason I've never really bothered with this one.

I have those Grateful Dead box sets, bought them at initial retail price; I didn't know they had gained so much value. It's likely my many other GD box sets were a good investment as well. I'm a bit baffled as to why people are forking out so much for them as all Dead gigs are legally available to listen to online for free, most of them in FLAC soundboard quality...

Talking of boxed sets though one of my favourites which I have is The Masterplan one, I've always loved it.

After trying to suggest trading releases like a Y2K cdr bootlegger a d being moderator scorned & pointed to discogs...I LOVE DISCOGS!!
I been buying stuff for a few weeks now...loving it.
Most collectors have all the singles in the big expensive box sets...so itβs kinda like youβre paying just for the box/case/housing.
Iβd love to think my unborn kids would love ce toningerit my collection someday...but ya never know.

Were the complete Europe 72 shows at least somewhat remastered/mixed/EQed from the original multi-tracks from that tour? I'd reckon the 30 trips box too had some stuff that didn't circulate in quite the highest quality. Or maybe it's just all the liner notes and whatnot. The boxes themselves are really cool and great collector's items for sure.

Mastered at Airshow Mastering, Boulder, CO." It's a nice box set, mind you, beautifully packaged, nevertheless it doesn't command four-figure prices IMO. It was sold by Rhino at a good price though, it's definitely worth the few hundred dollars I paid for it back then (can't remember the exact amount).
