If the 3 EPs had been released as an album, what would your tracklist be?

Here's what I've been using (with rationale following):
1. Blue Moon Rising 2. TITP 3. Wandering Star 4. A Dream 5. Sail On 6. BSD 7. Come On Outside 8. Rattling Rose 9. Evil Flower (Reflex Revision) 10. Don't Stop...
I find the flow pretty good; I've tried to balance a lot of expectations (eg. 10 songs as usual so I threw Don't Stop on so that Side A and Side B of the record would both end with a nice acoustic song, although I thought about Just Let It Come Down Over Me, and both begin with an experimental single). I remember reading somewhere that NG said track 3 is always the important song — I don't personally love WS but I appreciate that many do and it has a very NG-style track 3 vibe (Wonderwall, IIHAG, etc). BMR is a big opener and different like Riverman; TITP a rockier song like ITHOTM; A Dream in track 4 like Death of You and Me; and on and on. I like the length and spaciness of the Reflex Evil Flower so I threw it on. Makes the "album" about 43 minutes.
PS: Imagine the concept — each side begins with {colour} [space object] [verb] — surely some cool artwork could have come of this!

However I only tried once so far. This looks promising! I will give it a try today!

This is the playlist I use
1. Evil Flower 2. Black Star Dancing 3. This Is The Place 4. A Dream Is All I Need To Get By 5. Blue Moon Rising 6. Rattling Rose 7. Wandering Star 8. Come On Outside 9. Sail On
IMO that's a hell of an album (albeit one song short - I can't justify including Don't Stop as it's not a HFB song).
Could easily put in songs like Alone On The Rope, Freaky Teeth etc I suppose

Black Star Dancing This Is The Place A Dream Is All I Need To Get By Blue Moon Rising Rattling Rose Wandering Star Come On Outside Sail On Evil Flower
It would have been the worst Gallagher-related album . IMHO. TITP is the only tune I really want to back to listen.

In some ways it’s not a fair question because we’ve always thought of these songs as sort of a bonus in between album cycles. Looking at it now, these 9 tracks would be an odd, maybe weak album. But if you’d stuck any of these tracks onto WBTM or CY, we’d look at them differently.

Here's my sequence. Flow is key! Track transitions are as well. 1. Black Star Dancing 2. Come On Outside 3. Rattling Rose 4. Evil Flower 5. Blue Moon Rising 6. A Dream Is All I Need 7. This is the Place 8. Sail On 9. Wandering Star I love BSD as the opener, though you could probably switch it with TITP for equal result. A nice uptempo rocky track to get going. Come On Outside keeps up the momentum. Rattling Rose lets us get a breather before Evil Flower and Blue Moon Rising guide us into more psychedelic territory. A Dream and This Is the Place return us to catchy sing-along world. As for Sail On and Wandering Star, I flip flop on which I prefer to close. I think it's best to go out with a big climax, but also its great to have the climax finished with a soft ending, ala Let There Be Love on DBTT. So really, I think you can flip Sail On and WS but this is how I currently play it all. AND ITS A DAMN GOOD LISTEN!

It would be the worst album produced by a Gallagher by an absolute mile, whatever order you put it in. Heathen Chemistry and Different Gear Still Speeding would piss all over it.

This is my "playlist" for Noel's third album - my concept was to use everything from WHO BUILT THE MOON with the EP tracks mixed in. I didn't use DEAD IN THE WATER as to me as it was recorded closer to the previous CHASING YESTERDAY album cycle (I've put it on my playlist for that album) plus it pushed the compilation past the single CD limit. For those of you who are still stuck on the silly "10 songs only" limit it could be just split neatly in half to make a double album so COME ON OUTSIDE kicks off disc 2. NOEL GALLAGHER - A TRIP ON THE MOTHERSHIP (76m23s) 01. FORT KNOX 02. HOLY MOUNTAIN 03. RATTLING ROSE 04. EVIL FLOWER 05. IT'S A BEAUTIFUL WORLD 06. SHE TAUGHT ME HOW TO FLY 07. THIS IS THE PLACE 08. BLACK & WHITE SUNSHINE 09. INTERLUDE (WEDNESDAY PART 1) 10. WANDERING STAR 11. COME ON OUTSIDE 12. BLACK STAR DANCING 13. IF LOVE IS THE LAW 14. A DREAM IS ALL I NEED TO GET BY 15. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR 16. BLUE MOON RISING 17. KEEP ON REACHING 18. THE MAN WHO BUILT THE MOON 19. END CREDITS (WEDNESDAY PART 2) 20. SAIL ON I put this on a CD last time I used my wife's car and left it in there. Usually she replaces them with her own after a few days but I noticed she's had this one sitting in there for around two months now. She said it's a great "album" (she has no idea what was originally an EP or an album track and thinks this is just Noel's last album).

Like the idea of putting the two collections together for one whole big ass album. May have to do that on my next ‘long listen’. Right now, I listen to them like this (preferring the three EPs playlist)...
Who Built The Moon 1) Fort Knox 2) Holy Mountain 3) Keep On Reaching 4) It’s A Beautiful World 5) She Taught Me How To Fly 6) Interlude (Wednesday Part 1) 7) If Love Is The Law 8) Black & White Sunshine 9) Be Careful What You Wish For 10) The Man Who Built The Moon 11) End Credits (Wednesday Part 2) 12) Dead In The Water
The Three EPs aka Blue Moon Rising 1) Evil Flower 2) Rattling Rose 3) Sail On 4) This Is The Place 5) Wandering Star 6) Black Star Dancing 7) Come On Outside 8) Blue Moon Rising 9) A Dream Is All I Need
Unsure how I’ll mix them together but will have a pop at it.
